I'd be down, but with all the dialogue it'd have to be translated for me to spend my $$.

If Nintendo is going to invest in reprogramming and localizing, they're just going to remake it for DS and do an international release so they can the most out of it. But they're also not going to release a text-heavy game in a language we don't speak, so VC is pretty much out of the question, I would assume. Doesn't stop me from wanting it though.

definately, when the virtual console runs out of games they should head into this direction.

if the games aren't story intensive just bring em over in japanese, wouldn't mind.

but first class japan-only RPG's, strategy games, adventures, simulations....
translate them to english, then sell them to the world!

That would be awesome, but the chances are probably nil. What I really want is an entire new Wii and NDS Fire Emblem. Just two new games that aren't related to the other FIre Emblem games (story wise).

I concur, along with the rest of the FEs that never saw the light of day outside the land of the rising sun, even though it'll never happen. At least there's some hope of remakes, right? Right?
