My blocks are being filled up, and I'm gonna want to get some new titles, but at the expense of having to delete some lesser played ones. If I delete, say, World of Goo, do I have to pay for it again if I want to put it back on my Wii at some future date?
You only have to buy a game again if you want to install it on a Wii other than the Wii that was used to make the initial purchase. For example, say you sell your Wii. A year or so later you decide to buy a new one. Yes, Club Nintendo has documented, if you're registered, all the titles you've downloaded from the Wii Shop channel but you'll have to buy those titles again.
