Topic: What determines the order of channels on the SD card management screen?

I have been redownloading all my Wii Whop Channel content on my WIi U, and I noticed both that the SD Card Menu's organization of my content filled back in as I had arranged it, and that the SD card's Channel management menu, under Wii Options, still sets the channels in a seemingly arbitrary order. I suspect part of it may be the order first downloaded in, with part of that jumbled due to the Wii System Transfer process, but whatever it is, it's seemingly likewise a set order.

So, what DOES determine the order of channels on the SD card management screen? And how might I negate it? I'd like to have everything lined up more tidily, but also don't want to overstep and possibly lose data from hasty reformatting or any such.
