It's been trademarked a long time ago for NA and Europe. Mistwalker have provided official localisations of names and the location. They said we'd find out about a localisation by the end of the year.
It's coming.

Yeah, they'd be insane not to bring this over here. Hopefully we'll get it by the first half of next year. Holiday would be even better, but I don't think that's gonna happen.
Can't complain if it's not holiday (there'd be a localized trailer by now anyway). Wouldn't have the time to play it this year in the first place. Kirby, DKC, Metroid this year. Zelda, Last Story first half next would be fine by me.
I can say without any sarcasm or tomfoolery that if they don't release it in America then I will go on a cannibalistic rampage that will only consist of old ladies, orphans, and puppies. Or I'll just cry, probably the later...
