I have a question since I have a standard tv would the HD consoles display in widescreen or fullscreen. I have only played a PS3 once and a 360 a few times and that was a few years ago. Note I do not have anything HD so I have a lack of knowledge in the area until I am forced to upgrade my tv when the imminent day happens and if fails.
So basically they're going to keep selling the SD Wii and probably come out with either an HD Wii or a hardware addition for the SD Wii to produce HD somehow.
And then of course Reggie will deny everything till the day before it's released.
Just make the damn thing HD, Nintendo. You got a pass this generation but if you're not willing to make the leap you're really going to be left behind.

If its not HD I prob wont buy it. Ive upgraded all my tvs to HD and everytime I play games like Ratchet and Clank, Little Big Planet, everytime I do I always think "Man this should be a Nintendo game". Graphics dont make the games, No, but the power of the system, size of the games, with beautiful HD graphics make a game a heck of a Lot better.

I don't care whether it's HD or not, I'm not shallow. If it looks appealing, it looks appealing. Also, it can only be one. It's either HD or SD, either way, I'm sold........ whatever the next console will be called.
Its not so much graphics as its the power of the system. Lack of power means, limitation in gameplay. Not so much with Nintendo titles, Its the 3rd party games that suffer.
