Sounds good, just sent you a request. How do you change your character in online? I'm playing with my 1.5 star created character against people with federer and sampras lol
Ah, man. I checked earlier and you weren't online, so I played Paper Mario 64 for a while. I need to get some food and do other things, so maybe in about 30-60 minutes?
@Josh: LOL, that was a damn long deuce. Good game, start leveling up your player. Mine's at 5 stars, and he's loaded with Roddick's serve, Nadal's forehand, and Hewitt's speed. Bwa ha ha.
Edit (We posted at the same time): Woooah, I never saw anyone's rank go to zero.
lol well im 400 away, if we kept playing though i would have gotten there I have 1.5 stars, how exactly to you get more? i've played through all 4 tournaments so far in the career mode and starting the australian open again.
I had a skip of lag with a match with someone from the UK i think, but that is all ive noticed. Not really noticed any slow down. I'll pay more attention to that the next time i play. A lot of people quitting though, when i get ahead they will quit after the 2nd match. I guess they don't know that counts as a loss, the last 3 opponents done that.
just played some more online and yeah, other countries have a very slow ball. kind of disrupts the swing. i probably wont play late at night anymore, but im on 3rd shift so i can only play late at night during the weekend. is there only 3 people on here that play this game online? post your name or whatever and let us know so we can add you all and play
You can add me, my name is "Naif98". I won't be able to play until next Wednesday, though, got some work these days...
And to answer some questions posted here, I also started playing with my lousy 1.5 stars character, to notice how I had no chances against Nadal or Federer playing online! But you can change your character, just choose it right after you click to start an Online game. It can be fun using several classic or current masters until your own character levels up (which happens as you win tournaments in the history mode).
As for the lag mentioned, maybe it's because I don't live in the country with the fastest internet speed ever, but it gets really annoying to see a ball bouncing even 3 times, and checking how your rival still manages to throw back the ball! Eventually you get used to it, just don't believe too much in what you're seeing on the screen, and be always ready to strike back, even if the ball seems to be lying on the ground
