Metal Gear and Space Manbow for me. They would have to translate Metal Gear though or else you wouldn't know what to do. I would pay 1000 points for it though because that's how good it is. Space Manbow would need no changes whatsoever.
@Adamant: Really? Didn't know that. Was the translation any good? I've only played a fan-translated version before.
No, it was awful. Worse than the NES one, believe it or not (you know you're not on a ship to quality archipelago when one of your weapons is named "Land Main"), and a number of codec calls were simply axed from the game for no apparent reason (most being Big Boss' item description if you call him in a room you find a new item, usually hinting to its purpose). This is why someone saw a need for a fan translation in the first place.
After watching the Gametrailers retrospective on Metal Gear, that would clearly be my choice. I would also pick up Castlevania just for collection purposes.
Oh, yes, it's a great game. The Metal Gear series didn't start to become dialogue-heavy until MG2, and the first game barely had a plot in the first place, so the translation being bad won't get in the way of your enjoyment.
