I'm having the graphic artifacting issue and I need to get some info before I send my system in. I have several save files of VC and Wii games on SD cards. If they end up sending me a whole new system I know I will have to redownload the VC games but will the saves of those games still work on the new Wii? How does Nintendo keep track of each game I downloaded? Is it possible for them to just replace the graphics card instead of swapping my system for another? The problem isn't that bad but If I don't go ahead and get this over with it will probably keep getting worse. I'm pretty nervous about this whole thing.

@Link79: I'll attempt to help you. Unless you can't fit them all, put all your save files, channels, etc on your SD Card to completely save them. Then once you get the Wii repaired again, you can put it all back.
I had the same problem Link and here's your answer.
Everything you have on your SD card that is any kind of saved data will not be kept track on your "new" Wii (omitting VC/Wiiware games). As for Disc based games, well, if you don't own the game that you have the saved data for, then your out of luck because you need to play atleast 1 minute of gameplay time for which other game you want your saved data to be transferred.
