Im trying to transfer my data and i keep getting this error when the pikmin are transferring data: An error occurred while accessing Wii system memory. Refer to the Wii Operations Manual for details. I have modded my wii I hacked animal crossing city folk and I'm not sure if its this stopping it, I'm not willing to delete my animal crossing data since I've put in a good 1,000 hours at least into that game, can I add the homebrew channel to the wii U wii menu, so I can manually add my ac data or no? Or is there a way to fix it without me losing my data

By the looks of it from the youtube clips I've seen of the old smash stack exploit from the Wii working on the new Wii-U, This exploit can run unsigned code on the new Wii-U, it wont be long before it gets hacked.

How can Nintendo let this happen so easily or don't they care about security? Perhaps they secretly want it to get hacked so then they're console sales will triple overnight.

im not exactly sure, but it probably is having an issue with the fack you modded your wii..you will probably have to remove the offending data for it to continue

This exploit can run unsigned code on the new Wii-U

But very likely they can run only in "sand boxed" Wii mode ie no Gamepad or any other Wii U specific features are available. Just like the R4 etc cards that work on 3DS but only in DS mode. I dont think Nintendo are losing any sleep over that, that damage has long been done.

But surely if you was Nintendo, you would of tried and patched all the old wii exploits like smash stack? Its better to be safe than sorry I say.

When you hack your game, you run into the possibility of losing your data and system, and unfortunately Nintendo will only turn their backs on you. You put this upon yourself

Okay I'm gonna try deleting like smash bros data first to see if that's it because that's what I used to hack my wii

Everyone is complaining about the spammers all the time and it seems like there's nothing we can do about them. Spammers tell me my WiiU should cost $400, and NES cartridges are up to over a million dollars for just a handful of cartridges. Thank goodness for Insurance Grizzly being only $25/mo!
