Topic: Which WiiU games would you play again on Nintendo Switch?

Zelda obviously, but also Super Mario 3D world.

pretty much everything except Pikmin 3, Super Mario Maker and Nintendoland as I feel they really leverage the hardware and would translate poorly to a single screen. However I really enjoyed my Wiiu and have every major game for it. (I did sell off pokken and mario kart 8 though...got the switch versions)

I'd like to see Super Mario 3D World get the 'Deluxe' treatment.

Pretty much everything except Color Splash and Twilight Princess HD. The WiiU did have great games. If the hardware itself wasn‘t such a sloth and hideous, I‘d have played more of them.

Super Mario Maker? No point DXing it when it's almost guaranteed a sequel that'll contain all the content from the first game anyways

Smash Bros U+3D? Yeah definitely. Heck, I'd even be fine with them taking all the 3DS and Wii U content and just developing on top of it for the Switch iteration to make an ultimate version.
SF Zero Only if it's reworked significantly... but maybe. That's a wait and see
PM Color Splash Yeah, never played it and it's supposed to be better than sticker star. Highly unlikely though.

I think that's every worthwhile exclusive game on the Wii U library that doesn't have a Switch port so...
9 games I'd like to see ported then, 2 maybes. 5 nos.

As to which I expect? W101, Pikmin 3, XCX, Smash Bros are probably the four most likely titles to make it over in one form or another, and maybes for Tropical Freeze SMT#FE and Captain Toad.

Please please PLEASE port Super Mario 3D World. I have a Wii U, and it is a masterpiece. More people need to play this game. Idc if it's a straight port or a deluxe version with more levels, but it needs to be on the Switch ASAP (especially considering it's easily the platformer that has the best multiplayer) .

Hope they port Twilight Princess HD as well, although this is a bit unlikely (a port of a port). TPHD made me love the game again, so I think it'll change a lot of people's minds if they replay it again.

Most of the 1st party Wii U games (no need for Splatoon as there's Splatoon 2 for example) and Wonderful 101. Top 3 most wanted are:

I still have my Wii U, but most of the games I would highly prefer to play on the Switch. Almost all the games I liked on it really only used the Gamepad as a map or menu. Though Mario Maker let you use the touch screen, I still preferred button and joystick controls. Ones I would especially like to see are Xenoblade X, Mario Maker, Pikmin 3, the HD Zelda remasters, Mario 3D world, and SSB.

I'm pretty much with these guys.

...but if I HAD to pick a few games, then I guess Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE and Yoshi's Woolly World (unless if Good-Feel was hiding the true potential of the upcoming game, I'm not really feeling up to the Yoshi game on Switch right now). The former is one of my favorite JRPGs of all time and the latter is just screaming for a port, especially since the 3DS version threw co-op out the window.

Hyrule Warriors (all Wii U and 3DS content) and Tropical Freeze are confirmed to be happening.

My Wii U is also still connected to my TV. I've thought about packing it away, but I just can't. I love it so much and I still have quite a few games I need to play on it.
I do have Zelda on both Wii U and Switch, and I'm replaying it right now on Switch (I'm way more into it this time for some reason).

I'd certainly buy and play a Zelda HD pack with both Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD in one box. And I'd also probably go for a Smash Bros. complete edition. I can see both happening at some point.

Super Mario 3D World with added online multiplayer coop please.

I know I'm in the minority here, but Super Mario 3D World is my favorite Mario game ever; I like it better than Odyssey or even the originsl SMB for NES. It's just bursting with joy and premium-Mario-platforming from start to finish. If they added online multiplayer that would be amazing.

Would also like to see Super Mario Maker on the Switch.

Edit: And Smash Bros of course, preferably a deluxe version combining everything from the 3DS and Wii U versions.

@SuperWeird SM3DW is PERFECT for the Switch with its smaller levels and focus on local multiplayer.
