I just found an interesting find about CERO the game ratings agency of parts of Asia including Japan. Apparently Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire may have been rated by the agency for release on the Wii U, however the article at Nintendo Everything who reported this has since been removed so the information may have been false or perhaps was closed for some other reason, but either way I thought it would be a good idea to share this information with the rest of the community.
Oh man, I loved R&S Pinball to death. Still got it on cartridge.
I'm pretty okay.

Didn't at least one of the games have Game Corner censored out for European release, because something about they thought even gambling for fake money was bad for kids?
I wonder how that would affect release (given that I think the same version of the game was released in all English regions).

I think it started with European releases of Platinum where the slot machines weren't playable for that reason, and then onward to all copies of HG/SS outside of Japan, where the slot machines weren't playable or were absent.
If I remember correctly, from there every game since B/W has not had a single Game Corner, so it could be an issue for them if they put R/S on the VC as it would still have its Game Corner. Probably they would censor it and leave all the slot machines unplayable again.
