It took me about 15 minutes just to upload that level too. xD (and another just to get a good run for my Youtube, lol)
Yeeeaaah, I don't plan on making too many hard levels like that. All those hard ones I usually find on Expert mode is just a level with a bunch of enemies thrown in, decided to make an actual good hard level... owo

Keep it PG-13-ish.
I played~! <33 @Maxoxpower: This course was challenging! For me, the moving platforming near the beginning was rough. I often got hurt from stuff I couldn't see! Didn't like fighting monty moles in literally the top row of the stage, and didn't like dropping into wrenches that I couldn't see. The map is somewhat confusing to navigate, but was fun to explore. I actually did like this stage despite my complaints
thanks! i think you played the first version...the 2nd one , i removed the troll block and made the level much easier.
check this new level. now!
Hail to the K.King. (A67A-0000-0067-8E86)
Keep your platform alive!,There is a long way to go before meeting the great Koopa King...
@Kinan: i think one of the problems is that you give many elements since the beginning.
I like to work with less elements because it makes it easier to progress through the level, changing the way you challenge the same enemies (or patterns, or jumps). Now, if you:re intention is to use as many elements as posible you could start adding enemies or challenges in a gradual way building some sort of tension and then, combining those enemies in a way that the player feels ready to face them and don't feel spammed.
The last part would be nice if it was less skipable too!
btw, you can check one of my levels that kinda does that, but using less enemies, it's called Paratroopa Troop Trouble. It's not perfect, but I think it's a bit enjoyable.
You can check it on my profile, I'm Jahir (the one who just played your level )
Does anyone have tips for making a music in levels? I'm thinking of adding some as a bonus in a level I'm making. Also does anyone know roughly how long a song can be per area?

I'm pretty new here and look forward to sharing and playing some levels. This is my best entry so far. I've gotten plenty of great feedback. Currently has about 127 stars or so. I used an autoscrolling level combined with bob-ombs wrapped in bricks, and we have ourselves a fun and frantic race to the end. The catch? Stay ahead of the exploding platforms. It is a very fun level and I really hope you guys give it a shot. You won't regret it. I'll post some of my others also. Thanks all! The name has a typo, I know
Bomb-omb Run - 855C-0000-0040-868F
haha sorry how do I embed my level? It's not working. I'll edit when someone replies.
@Tamara: I'm glad you liked these courses. Don't hesitate to try the others when you have time.
For Two Tribes, people seem to really have a very hard time with it. The completion rate is super low. Because of that I might have to rethink it completely
I just posted my first real level "Thwomp's Spike Trap Challenge." ID 8A3F-0000-006A-DC8E.
It's a pretty challenging level with lots of wall jumping and platforming perils. I find it hard to get many to play my levels so I would appreciate any feedback, both for the level and on how to get more hits.
@Tamara: I played a few of your levels. Super Mario Groundhog Day was great and well layed out. Boos Can't Jump! looks very daunting, but once you get to it, it's easy. Peach's Big Break! was quite challenging, but I found most likely the quickest way to the exit by timing a few running jumps towards it well and finishing in 18 seconds.
@Tamara: That's very clever of you to use the P-switch. I didn't even think of that! The vines aren't so bad once you get the hang of it, but that seems to be the spot where people have the most trouble. Thanks for playing!
Again looking for test subjects to test the newest version of "The Companion Shell" - a medium difficulty puzzle stage inspired by Portal's Companion Cube. How far do you get, where are you stuck?
[edit] Updated to 1.6, the easter egg should be accessible again.
Thank you for helping me help you help us all!
Hey guys! I just got to play the game yesterday (FINALLY! I actually got the game at launch but my Wii U was borked.) and I've had a blast playing other people's levels. I'm not very good at making levels or playing Mario, and I only have a few of the creation tools, but I've made two levels so far. Can I get a little feedback?
