Anyway, I was wondering something. When I make a level I tend to put enemies and platforms in such a way that you can speedrun it if you find the right path and timing, and I usually put 2 or 3 ways to do it. Am I the only one that does this? It's really time consuming but it's worth every minute.

I've been under the weather that past few days. Was so bad I didn't even turn on my Wii U yesterday.
Tonight when I get home from work, I'll be playing more of the levels designed by you guys. And delving deeper into some of the ones I've already tried but haven't beaten yet.
As I said before, well done everyone! The creativity coming out of this forum is amazing!
Here is my latest level. It's fairly challenging if I say so myself. It got a lot of jumps that must be done by using the star power. Also the timer on the level is short, so there is little time to mess up.
I would love it if you guys tried it out and gave me some feedback!

Ability to alter physics like how high mario can jump. Also, adding items and tilesets from Metroid(NES) as well as other platforming games world would be nice.

I have another version of it online but it has an exploit and I felt like I could go a bit harder this time. It's still very doable. (I don't like super hard levels)....just a bit more challenging.

Advanced settings like jump height would be great, but imo it's wistful thinking u.u
I think that there will be two big DLCs. I'm guessing this because when you choose your game, it looks like there's enough room at the end of the list for two more options owo;
If that's the case, I hope for SMB2 with the choice of characters, and Yoshi's Island or Wooly World

@Maxoxpower Where did the stars come from? Well I enjoyed it a bit but found it more frustrating than enjoyable at one part in particular. It was where there was a floating block on the line and a platform. The timing became random and I would constantly fall off until it got back in line. Other then that though it was a well thought out (looks like it took a lot of time) course. I died a lot but it was a challenge which is what I like/enjoy. The frustration won though and I gave up after I died at the boss lol

@dn862004 hm well...artistic wise it was pretty awesome to look at on screen from the image, however the course was dry, I feel there was soooo much you could of done with this course to not only make it artistic but fun =) especially in the gamepad one, even for just decoration it would of been nice to see more enemies ^-^

Yes to (free) DLC. What i want/need most are disappearing tiles (you know, for secret passages etc) and editable enemy paths. And more enemies...where are the urchins?

The stuff I want for DLC is stuff that should probably already be in the game but isn't (slopes, desert theme, Chargin Chuck, Koopalings, star coins. Why would you want to alter how high Mario can jump?
@Freeon-Leon I figured out what it was that I needed to know. What I wanted to find out was on one of the stages that I had played, then I remembered that we can edit those stages. It turned out to be that if I shook one of the platforms, it would change design to the one I wanted.
Maybe that's the way to figure out stuff the next time I get stuck.
Also, to add to the discussion about DLC, I would love to see lost levels assets mixed in with the original Super Mario load out, Doki Doki Mario 2, plus rotating platforms, swinging ropes, tilting platforms, pipes that shoot Mario instead of warp to the next room. Lastly, add a section so we can browse levels of people on our friends list, and the ability to view those levels by ranking, date, or friend.
