"Yea, no" "opinions need arguments" is that the best you've got? if it isn't enough for you that some people simply really like Boo, then I can't make you happy and I sincerely don't care. Some people would love to see Boo added and nobody is forcing you so relax before you go full attack dog mode on other people.

Let me give you an example: I like Ghirahim from SS as a character, because he's a nice change of pace from the gigantic, muscled monster guys from previous games and his flamboyance made him very memborable. But do I think he's of much significance to the Zelda series as a whole? Nah. He has only made an appearance in a single main line Zelda game and is unlikely to ever make a second.
See what I did there? I supported my opinion with arguments, something you still seem incapable of. Can you provide arguments to support your opinion that
1. King Boo is a major character in the Mario Series?
2. King Boo is a major character for Nintendo as a whole thay deserves to be in Smash?
3. King Boo, if playable in Smash, could be a clone of Kirby.

I feel like boo has that chaotic mysterious wackyness about em, but boo also seems really dangerous too, I know boo could put up a good fight. having boo in super smash bros would just feel right, and also special. boo has style and Nintendo needs to take advantage of boo's personality.

Majin Kid Buu for Smash. A much better idea than King Boo.
