@OneBagTravel Totally what I want, since it was annoying knowing you'd have to go through lots of menus just to play with a friend. If you look at the Xbox One, you can easily play with friends with a couple of clicks of buttons.

@Tasuki: If you're that bothered I'll stop then. You can also ban my Push Square account if you want as I've had a browse around and boy does it put the whole 'Blind Nintendo fans who are the only ones who worship a company' myth to bed for good. A lot of people there actually have faith with Sony and VR and are acting as though they don't regularly abandon ideas/products moments after they have them. Not the sort of place I'd imagine one could have a healthy discussion about Sony's treatment of Vita owners. You won't see me there anytime soon so I'll delete my last comments and we can move on.
