Topic: What obscure retro games would you like to see sequels to on modern consoles?

Although I've never played it, I'd kinda like to see a WiiWare sequel to Teleroboxer. Basically, Punch Out! but with robots instead of people.

Punch Out is cool but wouldn't giant robots fighting each other be even cooler?

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

YES. Glover is an underrated gem and any game that is essentially one big escort mission that is still great deserves a sequel.

Okay, so maybe they're not so obscure, but they were never really that popular, except for Killer Instinct.

Taz in Escape from Mars

It's got some pretty crazy game mechanics for a 16-bit platformer.

Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.

dude. I second King's Quest more than anything. WiiWare has way too many point and click adventures to not have a King's Quest reboot.

@WaveBoy
I find that I agree with you like 90% of the time, and I know that you LOVE the Elm Street franchise... but that game is junkyard, dude. I mean, why am I punching snakes? Why are there boulders falling everywhere? Does this game have ANYTHING to do with Freddy Kruger? Better than the Friday The 13th NES game, tho. Or mabye not. Maybe they suck equally.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

Would anyone like to see a new Alex Kidd game? Retail? WiiWare? DSiWare?
