Topic: Guys, Please help me remember a nostalgic NES game i am curious to play

So as I don't remember it's name I'll just describe it what i remember about it and i know it was of nes i used to play with cartridge,
Ohk so the character was sort of i was confused if it's a girl or a boy but i maybe wrong as i was a kid and due to it's appearance change and the fact i didn't remembered much about it, So the gameplay was like first it's a cut scene where a girl writes a letter or do something like that i didn't remembered and then the game starts and an adult mario like character with moustache is the character, The key point i remembered which can help you understand is that he wears a bandana on head and carries a stick or rod and one ability of him which i remembered is that he swings the stick to beat the enemies and the another ability was when he swings the stick on the edge of ledge or on land and if we hold that for sometime and release that stick the character spins in the air with the help of the force of stick's reflex action, So that's all i remembered, hope i find it,

Maybe i'm wrong about this but it sounds like the Game "Kaiketsu Yanchamaru 3".
There is a pirated Version of this Game called "Super Mario 14".

@najju I just thought it would jog your memory if you saw the name of the game on the list. Oh well, it's been solved now anyway.

Or "Kid Niki" as the first game was known in the west.
That Kaiketsu Yanchamaru 3 bootleg was just an example of very lazy bootleggers, they only changed the title and like a single animation frame.

I do have an original but I'll be honest it cost more than what a sane person should probably pay to play it.

Level 2 what's the deal with those little white statue dudes is that a reference to the famous Manneken Pis in Brussels or something completely different? Because it's rather disturbing! Lol
