I thought the "CHANCE TIME!" voice in the original Mario Party was so funny! That's one of my all-time favorite voice clips.

Well Tails is on the list, Oscar from Toyland is horable, and I'm not a fan of Rayman in his first game, in his later games , his appearance matched his voice.
