Too much chest is just uncomfortable. Like every time I look at characters like Pyra, I can only imagine the amount of stress it puts on her back.

Finally decided to buy Bloodborne about a month ago, and I seriously love the game. The combat is just amazing and I love the atmosphere and design.

My only complaints are the notable pop in and occasional frame drops. Oh and that I have to pay even more (thanks Sony) in order to actually play online. Shame that it's a PS4 exclusive.

I'll never look at Omega (ω) the same way again. Best. Trailer. Ever.

And yes, when I typed 'Best' my autocorrect inserted 'Breast'.

It's meant to be...ω

P.S. What are these Ys games. Is that short for something, or is that the actual name?

You guys had me at blood and semen.

What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?

@Octane Sux to be me, always the last to know. Thanks for making me 0.000001% less ignorant.

@Snaplocket Yeah, I can get that. I was originally really turned off by the difficulty curve as well for the games, but I've managed to get used to them after trying Dark Souls 3. I also just really find their lore approach, world and combat very cool.

@gcunit It's like the kids who sat around giggling while they typed "80085" into their calculators in elementary school grew up and made a game!

@Snaplocket - Yeah. I know. I was agreeing with you there. Please stop repeating youself like a broken record. God, I can't even talk about a game I actually enjoy here without getting annoyed. Maybe I should just go back to complaining about the games everyone else seems to like, since it seems like I'll just get the same results regardless?

...but I'll try one more time:

@-Green- Bloodbourne did turn out to be better than I expected. That was the game I played over Halloween, and while it was freaky, the difficulty was a lot more fair than Dark Souls 1 & 2, and I never truly felt intimidated by it. This allowed me to actually enjoy its combat and setting, which I agree are fantastic. Definitely the surprise of the year for me, at least.

I've tried to enjoy Dark Souls 3, but I think I'm just too much of a noob. Can't really progress past the Undead Settlement. Plus, I really can't stand the setting. Probably one of the most depressing-looking games I've ever played. The difficulty combined with the depressing atmosphere just gets me in a bad mood when I play it, lol.

Yeah the title "Ys" should probably be a warning "We don't worry too much about how this stuff translates". No game should have a title that you need to flip a coin about how it's pronounced (It's pretty sure its "eees")

That is how you pronounce it, yes. Also, tell that to the unnamed authors of the original legend of Ys: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ys

Might have to wait until time machines are invented, though...

It's basically the Tales series but a bit less anime tropey and no separate battle screen. Similar quality as well. The games usually score kinda 75-85%. Never terrible, never a masterpiece.
Worth pointing out though, this new one on the PS4 and Vita is pretty much the highest score a Ys game has ever got. And that's with the bad translation.

I'll take a look at it, thanks.

But I'll be pronouncing it 'Wise'

I always just call it wye-ess. And debated if it should be "Yiss".

@Ralizah Oh my, I just read backward and wished I hadn't........a video game about your battle boobs......there's not even away to spin that to be anything but pervy.

"Touch anywhere, anytime – No matter where you are, in dungeons, dialogue screens or menu screens, touch the characters for unique reactions!"
OTOH, there's a mantra that the Switch really should be running with......it brings a whole new meaning to those initial commercials....

@KirbyTheVampire I have a feeling they're kind of compensating a bit.... The telling thing is the women in the creative industries in Japan seem equally enthusiastic about giant boobs as the men......

Ralizah

@NEStalgia I've known about this game's existence for a long time, of course, but just wrote it off as a Japanese obscurity that would never reach Western shores for... obvious reasons.

My favorite line: "Level up your characters stats and skills – Utilize the ‘Faint☆Awakening’ system to improve characters by touching them until they scream with excitement!"

PQube seems to be setting itself up as the premier localizer of ecchi video games.

@Ralizah There's so many prize lines in there that it's hard to pick a favorite.... I feel tainted even knowing this game exists.

Granted it's pure crazy silliness that you almost can't help but laugh at it....but it's just so.....one could say it's a whole exploitation of women thing.....but honestly this sounds like the kind of thing the girls I knew in high school would have come up with...
