@dallas the move is belly drum . It cuts his hp in HALF to have plus 6 attack . He's op if you can over predict your opponent , and if you have less than half hp you don't kill yourself the move fails .

@dallas_howell I checked all the Chimchar I have and they are all 5 IV, but not all but Sp At which would be ideal on an Adamant baby. I'm gonna hatch some more then when I get a 6iv or 5iv minus Sp At I will tr you.
