to anyone on here looking for MILOTIC, there is the option of POKE BANK. that will be free for anyone who has a copy of X and Y between DEC 27-FEB1 2014. you can transfer your pokemon from GEN 5 black,white,black2, white2. and then transfer them to X Y. this is confrimed on IGN and Nintendo themselves.
