@Tyranexx I was meaning to ask you, how did you find INSIDE and Limbo? I saw them on your Switch profile and it reminded me of the extremely sublime experiences I had with both games.
I played INSIDE first, and it was certainly the more terrifying game overall. The ending was so... so mysterious. There were some truly horrifying sequences, like the underwater submarine chase, the underground subway dog chase... it was really grotesque.
Limbo was second and the art style was really nice on the eyes. It allowed for some really simplistic but challenging puzzles and the music meant it was so.. so enjoyable.
@TheJGG I really enjoyed both games! I grabbed them both in sales late last spring and played them over the summer. They absolutely nailed the atmosphere, music, and environmental cues. Many of the puzzles are well done too. Limbo's art style really fit in well with the puzzles. There were a couple of obtuse solutions near the end, but overall it was decent. Inside is definitely the better of the two in my book and is a natural progression of development ideas learned from Limbo: more interesting puzzles, nerve-wracking sequences such as what you mentioned, some truly disturbing, yet thought-provoking scenes....Perhaps my only mild complaint would be my wish that there was more put into the ending (Well, the main ending), but it's by no means bad.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet - The Indigo Disk, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@Tyranexx The ending for Limbo was extremely thought provoking, but Inside's ending left so much open to interpretation, in a negative way. Limbo's ending felt... earned and even emotional because of what happened right at the end.
I ordered a Hori Switch Pad Pro, it should arrive Tuesday.
The Joycons are so tiny, they give me minor cramps when I play the Switch on the go.
I hope the Hori will counter that.
@TheJGG I completely agree. While open endings aren't necessarily a bad thing in some cases, I'd argue Inside's ending was too much so. Still, those later sequences make the player feel almost OP at times. XD

@Zuljaras it's an awesome game. I've just started replaying it as I wanted one last go before deleting the save data to make room for Eternal but I've just ended up replaying it instead. It's just full of testosterone pumping aggression as it should be
Got it this morning. Already played some Shovel Knight and Tetris 99 with it.
I'm impressed by that thing, even if it hasn't got rumble nor motion control. My Switch seems sturdier with it.
Since January 2021 owner of my first real Nintendo "home" console.
Crosscode physical cartridge arrived in the mail last weekend. I didn't even know it was released on cart until I stumbled across it on Amazon last week!
I'm supposed to be playing MH Rise and finishing Persona 5 on my old PS3 right now, so Crosscode will have to wait a little while, but I'm looking forward to playing it soon!

I've just got Bulletstom cheap in a digital sale, god damn it's fun. The humour is trying too hard but the trick shot mechanic is just pure fudging brilliant.
Inmost in the recent sale. It wasn't discounted much, but it's already cheap/short enough that I didn't really mind. Hoping to dig into it this evening.

So I recently finished Breath of the Wild and was really craving more of the game so I thought "Eh sure, I'll get the expansion pass!" That was probably the best decision I've made in terms of buying things on the switch! The fan service, the harder challenges, Kass playing a more important role in the story, it's everything I'd want from an expansion to this game!
