Metal Black S-Tribute has been cancelled for Switch and Playstation.

Only physical collecting shmup-lovers like myself care about that news, because the cancellation means it'll be the Arcade Archives digital version only.

@Magician did the devs say why it was canceled?

Edit : oh just physically. Ok that doesn’t impact me. Sucks for physical only folks though.

@Grumblevolcano I was expecting Mario Party 3 to come out next, lol! It is cool that GoldenEye is coming out this soon, though. I haven't played it that much so I'm looking forward to giving it another go.

Still holding out hope for an all-in-one physical release for MHR.

I'm sticking with FE Engage until I'm done. I'll circle back to MH Rise Sunbreak afterward (though I will likely try a hunt against Velkhena right away- Risen Shagaru Magala will likely be locked behind MR150).

By the time the final, 5th update drops with the new Malzeno variant, Risen Valstrax and Amatsu, that'll be the time to go full ham.

@IceClimbers That would be cool. I think it's either that, or sometime in February. Since they seem to be planning to have MP3 after GoldenEye comes out, and they've still got the other games to add.

@MarioLover92 February is most likely Pokémon Stadium 1&2 since the franchise's birthday is February 27th.

@Grumblevolcano @JaxonH Sounds good. I think I'll just wait for the title updates to quit dropping and then go nuts with a third push. The sheer density of content in Rise + Sunbreak is impressive and slightly intimidating.

This could qualify for being one of the best looking Switch games I've ever seen.

But lawdy do we have a copious number of srpg games on Switch.

I still haven't fired up Tactics Ogre Reborn, Triangle Strategy, Othercide, or Brigandine yet.

eShop data for Advance Wars remake e Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, sugest a Nintendo Direct is imminent.

@JaxonH Now we know why Fire Emblem Engage looks like a bag of skittles perpetually exploding inside your eyeballs. It sapped all of the color from that Redemption Reapers game!

But seriously, the title sucks massively. A generic title generator couldn't have done a better job of crafting a more forgettable title.

It does seem to have a good pedigree behind it, though.

@Giancarlothomaz I mean... it's close to February, and we almost always get new Directs in February. I'm not sure people need to go to so much effort to predict a Direct will be happening soon.

Advance Wars finally resurfacing would be dope, though.
