I'd love to consider the upcoming Feb-March games like Octopath Traveler II, Tales of Symphonia Remastered, Fatal Frame IV remake, etc, but right now I just can't see anything past Fire Emblem.
I'm sure that will eventually fade once I've done a 100 hr playthrough and toyed with previous games more, but right now its hard to be excited for anything else.

No, Nintendo does not "need" Switch 2 right now. Neither do you, neither do I, and neither does anyone else. People WANT a Switch 2 right now. It is not needed. Unfortunately, youtubers with the intellectual span of a yardstick can't tell the difference (and actual intellectuals like Digital Foundry are too blinded by their misinformed belief that a few shoddy 3rd party ports means the whole thing is ready to collapse), and cobble together incoherent arguments for why it's "needed now", all evidence to the contrary.
No. You WANT a Switch successor now. Nobody, least of all Nintendo, needs one now. It was just confirmed Switch was the best selling console of 2022... globally... again. In what strange parallel universe does Nintendo "urgently need" to launch Switch 2 when Switch is still, even today, the highest selling, most popular video game console on the market worldwide?
@Giancarlothomaz We've been hearing stuff like this since 2018, lol. Even the dude in your video admits it wouldn't be logical for Nintendo to launch a new console at this point. I guarantee that as soon as a new console releases, half of the neckbeards crying for new hardware are going to start crying that it's not as powerful as the PS5.
As long as sales are still strong and new games are still selling well, there's no point in hurrying on to a new generation. I mean, really, what's going to happen if they don't? We won't get any of the AAA series that are already totally bypassing the platform as is?
Nintendo will release new hardware when the time is right.
@Solaine I'd love to see them remaster the PS2 trilogy. At this point, it's either that, or release a brand new entry. Either way, I'll be happy. Just hope sales are decent. This series has never sold particularly well, yet it chugged along in spite of this until Nintendo sunk their claws into the IP.

@Ralizah yes, if you play Breath of the Wild and go to certain areas(Korok Florest) the framerate drop like crazy, and since Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is gonna be more ambitous then Breath of the Wild, i think is very hard that Nintendo is gonna mantain a rock solid 30fps on the game, how they gonna do seamless loading for the sky areas?, maybe that one of the reason the game is taking so long to release, Nintendo must have done a huge otimization to try to make the game run on the Switch

That's such a preposterous, ludicrous statement it almost feels shameful to me dignifying it with a response.
Zelda BotW ran 30fps locked for 99% of the experience, and only had slight issues in ONE specific area which was also subsequently patched.
It was not "300p", it was max resolution on handheld and nearly 1080p docked. Neither was it "10fps", it was 30fps. You don't define a game's framerate by the 0.001% lows.
What you are saying is so insanely hyper-exaggerated it actually astounds me someone could say it with a straight face without admitting they're trolling.
You're either the most gullible person in the world, or you're intentionally using exaggeration and misrepresentation because it's the only way you think your argument (the one you adopted from a random video you stumbled upon 15 minutes before posting) might have merit.
@Giancarlothomaz Three Houses got 89 compared to Engage's current 82. Engage will probably get a higher score over the next couple of days as more reviews come in, though.
