@JaxonH Tomorrow, I think, although it could be pushed to Tuesday.
Oh yeah, transferring my profile before wiping the old one is why I never considered doing a trade-in deal when the OLED first released. Too much stuff isn't attached to the cloud.
Good to know about the brightness level and battery life. Even with the puny battery life of the og system, though, I tend to keep the brightness cranked up fairly high without major issue, so I doubt I'd feel any need to try and squeeze more time out of the OLED when it's giving the player... what, at least double the playtime they'd have with the original model? The better battery just means I don't need to rush the system to a dock for life support after a lengthy play session. It's going to be particularly useful for MHR: Sunbreak, which has just been KILLING my battery.
The appeal of the Switch for me is that I just take the game with me wherever, so I'm not too worried about not having access to an ethernet cable where I play the console
I actually have a Series X controller for my PC, and while I like it overall, I found the insanely concave stick caps to be uncomfortable. I'm assuming the Elite's cap design is similar.
With that said, I doubt I'll be doing much docked play for a while. Maybe I'll use the Pro some for tabletop play, but with this being an undocked upgrade, I'm going to want to play everything on the tablet for a while.

Found this in the clearance section at the local Target. You might want to check a store yourself to see if they've made the same mistake. It's still $59.99, but it's four days early.
Recently finished: Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Splatoon 3: Side Order, Donkey Kong Country Returns HD
Currently playing: Zelda: Skyward Sword HD
What's next: ?
@Ralizah Have you applied a screen protector yet? Switch screens have a nasty tendency to pick up fingerprints without them. I should know because when I got my new regular Switch back at Christmas, it caught them like no tomorrow (and especially when some of the games I play the most have built in touch screen functionality? That's not good whatsoever).

Nah. I'm sure I will soon, since I also applied screen protectors on both of my previous Switches, but right now I'm babying it and wiping it with a microfiber cloth every five minutes any way.

@Kermit1 Enjoy! I just realized that you can play this game without having a certain someone remind you of low wii remote batteries like 70 percent of the game, so that is a good starting point.

Mario Odyssey icons are now from the Snow Kingdom, with July it was:
Week 1 - Cloud Kingdom
Week 2 - Lost Kingdom
Week 3 - Metro Kingdom
Week 4 - Snow Kingdom
So there'll probably be 1 final month of Mario Odyssey icons in November (first month was March, 2nd month was July) covering the final 5 unique kingdoms.
Atlus shared the results of the survey and unsurprisingly the top 4 is all Persona:
1. Persona 3 (P3/FES/P3P)
2. Persona 2 (Innocent Sin + Eternal Punishment)
3. Revelations Persona
4. Persona 4 (P4/P4G)
Can't read the whole list but I can tell 3 of the others from the boxarts:
7. SMT IV Apocalypse
8. SMT IV
9. SMT Digital Devil Saga
So I've been looking into Capcom Fighting Collection as part of the Capcom Fighting Bundle to see what it's all about (how the game's run, which ones are the best, etc.) and I noticed something from one of the pre-release previews that filled me with a horrible realisation: the title announcer is the same one from Honest Game Trailers. I don't know what to make of this information as of now but I can't unhear it no matter what I try.

@Fizza It's a suitable voice for that kind of colorful and lighthearted fighting game though. I don't see an issue. I would feel more weirded out if he's voicing Mortal Kombat's title screen.
