That Xbox showcase was bad in general. The good reveals were FH5 Hot Wheels DLC, Persona and Silksong. Rewatching the Hot Wheels trailer, it's really cool that they added anti-gravity. I hope the community remakes a load of F-Zero tracks given Nintendo has made it extremely clear that franchise is dead.
So we're making lists of our favourite Switch games? Alright, here's my top 10 games I played for the first time on Switch (in no particular order). Oh, and keep in mind, this list changes CONSTANTLY for me:

Also, I was tempted to put The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles on here because wow is what I've played so far so, SO fun. However, I haven't touched the second game yet so it'd feel wrong to put it on here as of now.

Animal Crossing and YouTube are my most used games (one being a media thing) Human Fall Flat almost made on to my list, but I held off because I only really like the multiplayer
Naming my top Switch games is a tough ask considering how much quality legacy / multiplatform titles there are. But I'll go with:

4. Persona 5 Strikers
5. Octopath Traveler
6. Valkyria Chronicles 1/4
7. Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE

Amazing how some excellent games, such as Tropical Freeze, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, New Pokemon Snap, Mario and Rabbids, and Luigi's Mansion, don't manage to make the list.
Honourable mentions to Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 - all top-tier games that I keep coming back to, but lack the single-player content needed to go into my favourites.

I see you're a Three Houses fan, and a Persona 5 Strikers fan.
Have you checked out the Three Hopes demo yet? It's so incredibly good, I may say something crazy... I might be enjoying it more than Fire Emblem Three Houses. Blasphemy, I know. But the game really is just that good. The story is better and more engaging, and it feels almost like it's the genre the game was meant to be from the start. It actually feels like a war. Battalions and generals and soldiers... it just works. And the protagonist, Shez, oh my gosh. So much better than Byleth.
I don't say this to knock Three Houses, but rather to praise Three Hopes. It's so incredibly good it's almost unbelievable.
I think, given your taste in games, you'd enjoy Three Hopes a lot

@JaxonH You're spot on, and I was sold on Three Hopes from the reveal.
That said, I've only played about half an hour or so of the demo. I'm certainly impressed (even if I am thrown off by Byleth having so much dialogue...). But I know I'm going to get (and probably obsess over) the game anyway, so I don't want too much of a momentum going before I can actually play the game in full. Definitely one of my most anticipated games of this year though.
@Buizel Yeah it's still Atlus after all, they could shadow drop them out of nowhere or forget about Nintendo entirely. At least those masterpieces will become widely available for a lot more people to play.
I think they're almost certainly coming to Switch now that it's revealed to not be just Xbox, and are slated to be revealed in the Direct. There's no way those games are coming to PS5, Steam and Xbox but not Switch.
100% the announcement is being held back for the Direct, which would have already been planned in advance.
Patience. We'll have the announcement by the time Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak drops. In the meantime, Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes hype!

@JaxonH I completely agree. And I'm on board with you: Three Hopes is amazing! I really enjoyed the first one but this looks and feels like an actual Fire Emblem game (minus the combat obviously, which is still incredibly addictive), same exact situation with Persona 5 Strikers which didn't feel like a run of the mill musou at all and considering how much I played and am still playing that, I certainly can't wait for the full release. So glad I preordered the limited edition!

I liked Persona 5 Strikers as much as the main games. It was excellent. But already I can say Three Hopes is even better. I'd estimate less than 5% of the games I buy hook me so strongly I play to completion. This, I can already tell, will be one of those games.
I'm distraught over the fact NA didn't get a limited edition for Three Hopes. But I did secure an import preorder for two of them from Amazon Italy. Just like I had to do for Triangle Strategy, and Astral Chain, and Daemon X Machina, and countless others. Thank goodness for region free!

@JaxonH Amazon Italy? Ahahah I'm Italian and I can confirm that "luckily" jrpg and those kind of games are not widely popular here, kind of a shame honestly but that makes it very easy to secure collectors and limited editions pretty much everywhere from Amazon to even Gamestop so that's an absolute win for me.
