@MisterPi Fast forward one year without a single Direct because Nintendo saw your comment and decided "We'll show him. Cancel all future Directs!!"

My prediction is there will be one direct this year. It will be a Smash Direct that exclusively covers details about SSBU. That's a big release and they haven't talked much about it so far.

I know this isn’t Nintendo Switch related directly, but Spyro Reignited Trilogy will only come with the first Spyro on disk.

Can we stop advertising any game that has pixel art as 8 bit, especially when it look like you stole the hero’s head from SMW? Thanks

@NEStalgia urhh,I konw you mean, but what struck me was that it could charge at the same time, and it didn't affect at all. Because it has two type-C holes on it, my friend told me that it is "female port". I fear we have another Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 situation with Spyro. Why else would they not release it all on the disk. Here’s hoping that Spyro 2 and 3 aren’t bug filled messes

Man, even though the game looks awesome for Dragon Ball fans... I'm not a fan of Dragon Ball. Mostly because I never sat down to watch it though. So I'm still just gonna pass on FighterZ.

Still though, I'm glad we're finally getting that game.

Actually, can they add cross-play support between Switch, Xbox, and PC? I'd think that would be really sweet. Cross-play should really be emphasized as it helps keep individual game communities more lively.

@Tsurii Well regardless, I don't like a lot of fighting games except for Smash. In addition to me sucking at traditional fighters, I don't like to have a bajillion multiplayer games at once unless I really like the game like Mario Tennis. I can have a bajillion single-player games, but multiplayer games I want to keep to a minimum. God knows I'm going to lose my job/classes to Smash Ultimate when that comes out.

Actually, i also don't like Dragon Ball games. (Characters, storyline, etc)
But.....
The fighting in the air gave me some ideas for my Boxers......

@EvilLucario I'm not a Dragon Ball fan....or an anime fan in general for that matter, nor am I a fighting enthusiast (though I'm recently getting hooked), but I have to say DB:FZ is just incredibly fun. No knowledge of DB really plays into it though I bet it's fun for fans. Personally, my exposure to DB at this point makes me wonder why it's so popular among adults. Unlike some anime it really seems to be just a Saturday morning cartoon for kids..... (but that doesn't interfere with the game being excellent.)

That's bizarre since Saturday morning cartoons are actually dead (this is weirdly true, look it up)

I actually prefer today's cartoons, they're starting to get made with some nice depth rather than the weekly random wacky hijinks type of writing. Then there's stuff like Uncle Grandpa

There's always been cartoons and anime that have had longer story arcs or threads (Gargoyles, Dragon Ball Z, OG Teen Titans, Yu-GiOh!, Avatar, ReBoot, etc.), but they seemed like they were limited to the more action oriented series, while comedic shows (Dexter's Lab, Rugrats, Fairly Odd Parents, Spongebob, etc.) always seemed to be more skit or episodic based.

While I haven't actually watched any of the newer cartoons, many that people seem to be praising for finally adding deeper plots seem to be on the more comedic side of things, so maybe it's just more of an advancement for comedic cartoons.

So... anyone feels worried about this?
