@JaxonH
Just curious.
With so many games you want to buy, it will cost approximate more than $ 600.
Where did you get a lot of money to buy those games ?
My salary every month just enough to buy 3 - 4 games.
Switch (July - December 2018)
1. Yonder the Cloud Catcher Chronicles
2. Mario Tennis Aces
3. Penguin Wars
4. Go Vacation
5. Overcooked 2
6. Nintendo LABO Toy Con 01 Variety kit
7. Super Mario Party
8. Little Dragon Cafe
9. Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu
Still Waiting for confirmation
1. Re:Legend
2. My Time at Portia
3. Catastronaut
4. Hyper Sports R
5. Fit Boxing
OK, so here's my list. There should be more games in the first category, but alas I have a combination of financial limits and an unbearably huge backlog to thank. Oh well, at the end of the day I really can't see how people can claim that the Switch isn't getting notable games this year.
Oh yeah, I'm definitely getting...
1. Mario Tennis Aces
2. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
I've already pre-ordered these two, so for sure I'm getting them on their respective release dates.
Maybe not day one, but I have my eyes on...
1. Octopath Traveller
2. Team Sonic Racing (I'm really hyped for this one, actually)
3. Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy
4. Mega Man 11
5. Okami HD
6. Dragon Ball FighterZ (if it's an easy to play but hard to master kind of thing, then yes. I'm very interested)
7. Pokemon Let's Go Eevee
8. Starlink: Battle For Atlas
9. Super Mario Party
Yep, I'm definitely putting a couple of games in the second category on my Christmas list, alongside Spiderman, God of War, and maybe Detroit: Become Human.
Despite the ho-hum E3 conferences, I'm actually very happy with the lineup for the rest of the year across multiple platforms.
Hey everyone, I just started using my Switch and I have a question I'd appreciate if you all could answer. How is the WiFi connection range for your Switch? Is it similar to another game console's (such as a Wii U) or your smartphone's? In other words, if there are 3 bars on the smartphone/game console, is the Switch also showing 3 bars or does it show less than 3? My iPhone X and my Wii U show 3 bars while my Switch (in the same area as the other two) fluctuates from 0 to 2 bars, which has gotten me kicked out of the majority of Splatoon 2 online matches I played so far.
Is my Switch defective, or is this something that is a problem with all Switches?
@EvilLucario So this is a common problem? The strange thing is that I got my Switch in April 2018. You'd think after a year they'd fix any issues with the WiFi chip.
@Anti-Matter
Metrology. Not many people trained with expert skills in the field of measurement- from calculating uncertainty, repeatability and reproduceability, statistical process control, conducting design of experiments and regression, analysis of variance, CMM programming, etc. So the position is in demand. They don't really teach advanced metrology and quality engineering in schools.
Really only budget like $250 (max) per paycheck on game related purchases. Which isn't really that much (I put twice that amount into stockpiling gold and silver each payday). It just adds up over time. Couple games per pay period adds up to be a ton of games over a span of 6 months.

Is everyone on this website rich or something? How can you all afford so many full price games?
Anywho, here's my list. People say 2018 looks barren, but it's pretty dangerous for my wallet!
Definite:
Octopath Traveler (looks like my dream RPG, just give it to me already!)
Hollow Knight (I'll download this one any day now, looks incredible)
Hyper Light Drifter (almost got this one on PC a while ago, glad I held out!)
Mega Man 11 (everything I wanted from a brand new Mega Man and more)
Tales of Vesperia (finally, a tales game on Switch! And one of the best ones at that!)
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (literally the ultimate Smash game. Give it a story mode like Subspace Emissary and it'll be the very definition of perfection)
I might also get Pokemon Let's Go Eevee, but I'll most likely just wait for the core game next year. I've already had my fill of Pokemon GO.
Mario Galaxy is ten years old, and now I feel old.
@shadow-wolf It might be due to the settings of your router. Also in the Switch's Internet settings try changing the DNS to Google's - Primary - 8.8.8.8 , Secondary - 8.8.4.4 as well as your MTU value to 1500. I was having bother with my connection when I first got it and had to go into the actual routers settings and change a couple of things. I forget what I needed to do but once I done it I've had no problems since.I'm sure I got the details on what to do from Nintendo's support page. My wireless connection nearly always has 3 bars and drops to 2 when I play undocked but I'm further away from the router then also. Which surprises me with all the complaints about the WiFi connection and my Internet speed not being so good.
When I was back in the UK using my parents average connection, I'd have 3 bars when close to the router. It would drop to 1 when I was upstairs, a fair bit away from the router but it would remain connected.
Senran Kagura: Shinobi Reflections (only sure about this because it should be really inexpensive)
Have my eyes on:
Shining Resonance Refrain
Octopath Traveler
Captain Toad
Okami HD
Batman: the Telltale Series
Knights of Azure 2
Fate/Stay Extella
SNK Heroines
Dragonball FighterZ
Valkyria Chronicles 4
Starlink
Wolfenstein II
Code of Princess EX
Tales of Vesperia
Yes, this list does include games from last year, lol. I limit myself to not buying a new game until I at least finish the story mode of the current game I'm playing, so it averages out to about one game a month (maybe a game every three weeks on average. Platformers often only take me less than a week to complete, while RPGs or Adventure games can take me upwards of a month). Oh, and even at the quickest I only buy one game a paycheck, so even the shortest games (Kirby...) get two weeks playtime. This of course means there'll be a lot of interesting games I skip out on, maybe never to get back to...
@RR529
I do the same thing of waiting until I finish a game to buy a new one. That way I ensure I'll enjoy it fully. There's another benefit too, if there ever is a drought on games we'll still be able to buy last year's.

I think as of last month my Switch physical library (44) outnumbers my Wii U physical library (41). I'm coming for you Wii (77). (I don't count digital games because I can't put them on my shelf... I know, weird.)
I mean you could look at it like that and if I did I'd say I'm about 1/2-1/3rd of the way there. But I think it makes more sense to think of the Switch as the start of the new generation entirely. It's taking place of both the Wii U and 3DS. In which case I have about 1/4 as many Switch games as Wii U/3DS era games. Equally my Switch library is about 1/6th of the size of my Wii/DS era collection.
Also I agree with not counting "digital" games because otherwise it gets a bit too tricky to compare. With that said, "digital" becoming increasingly harder to define. Whether I brought a digital copy or not I'd count major AAA releases as part of my "collection". That made sense with the Wii and to a degree on Wii U. But on the Switch? Is Rocket League a retail release or not? What about Bayonetta which is much bigger than Rocket League but was only released digitally?
