The Pokeball Plus will also be sold separately. I assume you're buying both Pikachu and Eevee, but don't need two Pokeball Pluses?

24 hours (give or take) until Dimension Drive goes up for sale on PlayAsia! Best of luck to those ordering!

I wonder how time zones will factor into the sale of the Dimension Drive LE? Because technically it's after midnight, June 14th in Hong Kong right now. As of this post. It doesn't help that Play Asia haven't announced the time this sale will go live. Regardless, the standard edition is an open order until the end of the month, if you miss the LE today.

Edit

I hope this isn't something PlayAsia starts doing regularly. I have a hard time keeping up with the LRG and SRG pre-orders I don't need another one lol

Yeah I've got both standard pre-ordered. I'm not a Pokemon fan honestly. I might snag the ball later

I am a pokemon fan and I don't want the pokeball thing. I can appreciate the ability to play with 1 side of the controller though. Legit that feature is what made me love bravely default.

The Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu + Pokeball Plus is finally open to preorders on Amazon NA.

https://www.amazon.com/Pokemon-Pikachu-Pokeball-Bundle-Ninten...

But appears as though it, along with Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna - The Golden Country, sold through it's first preorders. Both SKUs are unavailable until Amazon reopens additional preorders.

Edit

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna - The Golden Country is back up on Amazon NA and at the correct price of $40.

Just wondering if other collectors are going for every physical release or just the ones for their own region? I know the Switch being region free makes going for the whole enchilada very tempting but importing all these EU and JP only games gets pricey. So what’s everyone else doin?

seriously going broke

I'm going for all of them. My main focus is LRG and SRG and then I buy other games as I have the spending money. It's a very slooowww process but I'm getting there lol. With the EU and JP games, I tend to try buy a few at a time to combine shipping so I'm not paying that crazy amount every single time.

I am also going for every game from every region. Standard editions only, though, unless I want the special edition for some reason.
Do you have a list you are going off of for foreign releases? It's hard to tell if my list is complete for Japanese releases especially.

@FFVILocke
When you say every game from every region, you mean you want Botw from each region? NA, PAL and Japanese version of Mario Odyssey? Or do you mean you want all specific games per region?

Not to be rude, but if you literally want every game released in each area, that's going to be very expensive and almost impossible. Japan will be getting tons of exclusives as time goes on, I'm sure. I'm already over 100 games and we aren't even at the year and a half mark! I've spent too much money already.

Best of luck but man I hope you have some deep pockets!

You know, even i am a game collector also, i buy the games that i Really WANT to play or i have interest about, Not buy all of them.
Getting money from salary is Not easy and we should wise with our outcome, not by spending too many unnecessary things or we will regret later.

One copy is enough for me. Regardless of region, and if the game at least partially supports English. However, I usually avoid preordering games that appear to be shovelware off Amazon because I know they'll hit half price six to twelve months later. But the Gamestop exclusives are killing me. Lots of mediocre games with a low print run because only collectors like me care (Aqua Moto, Party Planet, Big Buck Hunter Arcade, etc).

I am only doing one copy of each game. US versions if available. UK/CA/AU versions if US isn't available. JP/Non-English EU versions is English versions aren't available at all.

There already are a lot of exclusives. My spreadsheet has 332 games as of this morning. This doesn't include any CE/SE/LE versions of the games, as I am only doing standard releases unless I really like the special edition for some reason. I have 82 Switch games so far, mostly because it's not my only collection at the moment so I have to split my "fun-money" between them.

@FFVILocke
Ive been compiling my own list of physical Switch games as I come across them from either the good people at this forum, or listings I saw on Play-Asia and Shop4megastore.
Here’s the list of International Titles I have so far including ones that are only in JP language (no subtitles either). These games should be available now as I tried not include games that haven’t released yet. It may be incomplete or have errors but it’s what I’ve got (sorry there’s no specific order):

International Exclusives (EU and JP)

Super Putty Squad
Little Nightmares Deluxe
3D Mini Gold
Sing It 2018
Syberia 1 and 2
Moto GP 18
Vegas Party
Yesterday Origins
Island Flight Simulator
Tales of the Tiny Planet
The Count Lucanor
Super Chariot
Chicken Range
Urban Trial Freestyle
Aqua Moto Racing Utopia Switch
Snow Moto Racing Freedom Switch
Neo Atlas 1469
One Piece Pirate Warriors 3
One Piece Unlimited World Red
I am Setsuna

Japanese Language Only Games
(no English options at all)

PriPara All Idol
Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja
Gal Metal
Seikken Densetsu Collection
SD Gundam Generations
Usotsuki Hime to Moumoku Ouji
Dragon Quest Heroes I • II
The Snack World
Anata no Shikihime Kyouikutan
Ao no Kanata no Four Rhythm
Winning Post 8
God Wars: Nihon Shinwa Taisen
Rabbit x Labyrinth: Puzzle
Out Stories
Musou Orochi 2 Ultimate
Cube Creator X
Gotouchi Tetsudou
Sengoku Musou Sanada Maru
Shin Sangoku Musou 7 Empires
Nobunaga no Yabou: Taishi

I think it’s safe me to say I’m not gonna chase those JP games that don’t have an English option at all. If I can’t read the menus I’m not concerned with collecting it.
