I was under the assumption that Nintendo required minimum runs of 5k, but maybe that’s not true due to SRG’s new 3k run? Something else going on here?
I don’t display my games as they live in a cabinet, but I have loads of stuff in boxes and I’m running out of space. What do you all do with your stuff when not displaying it? I’m too scared for the garage, basement or attic.
Finally, knowing that West of Loathing will be released by LRG, is anybody else excited about a black and white steelbook?
I was a little surprised by the production runs numbers, too - I was under the impression there was a 5k minimum, as well but apparently that's not the case?
This is the cabinet I use for my games (I actually have two of them): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001KW0BCO/
It's no longer available, but I'm sure you can find something similar. I paid $250 for each cabinet, but there is LOADS of room in this thing!! The shelves are all adjustable, so I can store games, special edition "big boxes" - hell, I've even got a few console boxes in one of them!! So yeah, I would just look for a nice big cabinet like these. If you've got young kids (like I do), you want a DOOR with a LOCK!!
Yeah I smell some sort of BS with SRG.
On the topic of storage, I just plunked down some money to put shelves on some empty shelving area I had, the kind with the small metal pegs. Allowed me to deal with some other items too which is nice.
And sometimes interesting smaller games.
Mario + Rabbids
This Is The Police
Sine Mora EX
Thimbleweed Park (download)
I don't have that much time for gaming anymore, so I try to get only the absolute best of what I like to play.
I hope that on my next vacation I can dive into either Skyrim, Disgaea 5 Complete, or Portal Knights again, and beat one or two of them (or at least make a good chunk of progress). Though my backlog is in danger with Shining Resonance Refrain, Ys VIII, and Octopath Traveler around the corner.
Starlink: Battle for Atlas is up on Amazon DE. This is the new toys-to-life game from Ubisoft revealed at E3 last year. We should get a release date during E3 next week. And a listing on Amazon NA soon afterwards.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,260 games (as of June 15th, 2024)

it's the Owlboy LE up at amazon UK and can be shipped to US
But how does that work when the listing mentions that, "items aren't shipped to the US"?

I haven't yet figured out why Amazon has that on their product pages - because it really just depends on the product as to whether it will ship to the US. The only way to TRULY know whether there will be a problem shipping, happens when you select your shipping address during the ordering process. If an item truly can't be shipped to the US, Amazon will tell you about it during this step... ...otherwise, you are good to go and the item WILL ship!
Limited Run Games will be a part of E3 this year, broadcasting their own conference via Twitch 12pm PST / 2pm / 3pm EST on June 11th. So it sound like thy're going to outline quite a few upcoming releases for Vita, PS4, and Switch.

Damn man, thought I was out but now I got a preorder!! Don’t know what I should do with the regular physical release that I literately just opened minutes ago.
At least I can enjoy the game before the LE gets here.
Thanks anyway for making me buy it twice haha and I’m so happy that I don’t care that you posted a ref link, you deserve the cash my man haha

Sign up a UK or EU mail forwarding. Add that address to your Amazon ship address. buy it and have it send to the mail forwarder. ( an extra shipping cost and a little longer to wait for delivery using this method ) A lot of people (including myself) did that during the hyped time of Amiibo (embarrassed to say)
@MrCIB Thanks for the news MrCIB. That's unfortunate no US copies were manufactured. (unless they change their mind in the future) I feel better about my PAL purchase that I took a gamble on.
LRG still hasn’t announced slime San on their website. Anyone else feel like this could be released mid month and be the only LRG switch release for the month?? I really hope so

I'm hoping so as well. I remember seeing it was supposed to be up for pre-order on the 8th but was it ever officially confirmed? I went on their Twitter but couldn't find a tweet about it.

Nope..... Slime is happening on the 8th and one is set for the 22nd.... look for it to pop up tomorrow
Play Asia is sending out the notices that Little nightmares US is cancelled.
You can opt for EU version
So - NONE were made??? I'm too lazy to go back and look, but didn't somebody in this very thread mention having SEEN a US copy???
Really is a shame...
I don't recall anyone saying they've seen one. The story goes, it was listed on gamestop, and then the listing was removed. Another person said play asia still had preorders(which they did). Play Asia was contacted and apparently claimed that the US version was still on, which I personally wasn't confident in. Now we have confirmation that play asia was just slow to the party. I personally just bought the EU standard version and had enjoyed playing it immediately. Sadly got to a part that either I'm missing something, or trapped and need to make a new save file.
Anyhow, I doubt this one will get an NA release at this point. Horror type games usually are rather niche, and this isn't a big game either.

Oh okay, good to know. I just wasn't 100% sure since I never saw an official tweet lol
