Did anyone else realize that PJM2 CE is limited to TWO per person rather than the standard one? Why would they do this? It will make it much harder to get one

where do you see that?

ah I had to refresh the page, also updated the inventory % too. Hmmm. That is concerning. I hope I can get it. Last time the double pack sold out super fast, and I actually really want this one D:

Got mine! 2/3...I missed the Thimbleweed Park version...I was late on both. Actually I missed on the 2nd round as I entered my card info. Oh well. Then I got a reminder about Okami but didn't see it until just now and it's sold out again.

boom. Got mine in. the paypal redirect always makes me nervous, but I get it through real fast. Seems to have sold out in 5 minutes.

The irony is that this one is going to be more rare technically, but with a 2 per person policy, scalping on this one won't be as harsh probably for those who missed it since people will have one to keep, one to sell unlike the others. Still not my cup of tea to go 2 per person either way.

Whew, just glad I got it!

btw if someone manages to see and grab an extra okami HD, either version, the one with or without the pendant thing(pref w/o) I would be ever so grateful. I can pay you back however. No idea how I'm going to get that one.

Got mine! This week will be easier than next week is going to be. Saturday Morning RPG is going to be dicey.

I also had Go Vacation!, and unless you are easily pleased it's a very medocre, albeit charming, game.

Well, I had to sacrifice the Owlboy LE for PJM2 CE, sadly. At least I didn’t miss out on both.

If the standard Owlboy has a surprise manual I’ll be so happy!

Go Vacation is Not a Shovelware.
I had played that game on Wii version and it was pretty good game.
Just needs some Graphic enhancements and it will be better.
Just because the game is Not a typical AAA Action / Open World games, it doesn't mean the game will be crappy.
And just because the games targeted for Casual players, Not for Hardcore gamers, it doesn't mean the game will be crappy also.

Casual players are Not always Wimpy players that never knew good games.
At least, for me and other Casual players, to be able play Relaxing games, far away from Serious, Dark and Creepy scenery, it was like an Oasis for Casual players.

Uhhh - I'm the fist one to defend Nintendo and the "Everyone" type games that typically flood their consoles. I fully enjoy "casual" games without having to label them as such. This particular game just looks flat-out boring, and I just couldn't understand the hype - but that's also just MY opinion based on a trailer, and on a game I've openly never played before.

Do you think ANYONE in this thread, who is actively (and obsessively) collecting games for the Switch of all consoles, would actually consider themselves a "hardcore" gamer, who only plays "dark" or "AAA" or whatever other labels you want to use and throw out there?!?!? I think I can safely say, everybody in this particular thread completely understands the value of "Everyone" games, and enjoys them to the fullest...

...except for @MrCIB who doesn't seem to ever play anything.

I thought about going for the PJM2 CE, but I think I'm content with the standard version. If the run of Switch games through LRG is similar to their run of PS4 games, we're looking at over a hundred releases over the next few years.

Been lurking here the past few months and love this thread. so much great info. Been meaning to jump in so here we go.

I don't think @Anti-Matter was out of line. He was just trying to tell you guys that the game is good (see the Oasis quote) We are all Nintendo fans on here...let's get along

When I first saw the trailer I had the same reservations as you guys. I looked into it more and supposedly many people feel that it was a hidden gem dismiss ass Wii shovelware because it was release at the end of the Wii's life. The game has beginner, intermediate, and advance versions of each game.

For example...you play mini golf the first time and it is basic and only has 3 holes. The game then encourages to check out other attractions so you leave it behind. If you stay and unlock the advance mode though it is supposed to be much better.

I for one am now looking forward to it. I have been wanting to play a Wii Party, Nintendoland, Wii Sports, Mario Party game with my kids for the Switch. So far the Switch is lacking in these types of games and many people swear by this one.

The Wii version has 430 reviews on Amazon and is averaging 4.5 stars. Not shabby for a party game

This is exactly what I was looking for. Just a little about the game from someone who knows about it. It was just a question out of genuine interest. After your description, I do plan to look a little more into it as well. The problem with his response was that he became very defensive and upset about things I never said, claimed, or even insinuated. It was just an unevessarily combative response

@Magician it was the steelbook for me. I love them and it has too much color to pass it up. Still feel the sting of missing the Owlboy LE, but I have to have my limits, right?
