I know that the yellow one is easily available in Japan. As far as I know, the other three can be purchased if you order a custom Switch online (you specify which colors you want for each Joy-Con), and again that's only in Japan. Do you know any other way to get them (brand new)?
I would like to have them imported to my place (France) but first, I need to figure out a way to purchase them without buying an entire (non-OLED) Switch unit in the process.
Where have you been looking to buy them on? If you’ve just been on the Nintendo website I’d recommend going to Amazon or if there’s an electronics store they might have them. Amazon would especially be a great place to look.

If you are responding to me in forums or a comment I would much appreciate it if you quoted or tagged me in your responses so I can see it and respond. Otherwise I usually can’t tell that you’ve replied. Thanks!
And then I quit buying. You can, however, buy custom shells of any color you want. If you buy the joycon as brand new pre-swapped, you'd never know they weren't official, barring the legal info not being stamped all over the back side.
Etsy is where I'd look.

Nintendo Japan allows for custom Switch bundles to be ordered online, which gives customers the choice of right purple and left orange Joy-Con. As far as I am aware, this is the only way to obtain those particular variants (which is a shame, because purple is my favourite colour, and the orange Joy-Con is really nice too).
This was available exclusively via the Fortnite console bundle, and the included yellow Joy-Con is identical to the colouration of the yellow Joy-Con included with the Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee hardware bundles.
This might also be available via Nintendo Japan's custom bundles, as the colouration appears closer to the darker blue Joy-Con included in the Blue(L)/Neon Yellow(R) pair. The blue Joy-Con included with the Fortnite hardware bundle (and the separately available Fortnite Joy-Con pair) are a lighter shade than the darker blue variant that is sold as a pair with the Neon Yellow(R) Joy-Con.
Unfortunately, none of the Joy-Con variants that you seek are available outside of hardware bundles, so you're out of luck unless you're willing to spend a lot of money to get them.

I'm afraid so. Since OLED models are out of stock, all I can do is find a way to purchase two different custom non-OLED bundles (and to make that easier, people can't buy more than one) then resell each unit minus its joycon set...
