I’m in a weird position. I want to see new things and more info on things on the way but my black friday cart is already full. I’m afraid for my budget.

Safest guesses. Gameboy on NSO, controller for NSO, trailers for Metroid Dread and new Animal Crossing content. Less safe guess N64 NSO, Metroid Prime Trilogy, interesting small download title and BotW 2 trailer.....
Super less safe guess (aka not happening) major new IP, new hardware revisions, Bayonetta 3, exotic new controller
Predictions:
Game boy / N64? on switch online
Metroid Dread, Mario Party, Advance Wars
Final Smash Character - Phoenix Wright?
Castlevania GBA Collection
Mario Kart 9 for next year
Mario + Rabbids trailer
More JD 2022 lol
Hollow Knight, Fall Flat 2, Stanley Parable
Animal Crossing & Mario Golf Updates
the "big drop" at the end will either be a more in depth look at Splatoon 3 or Monolith Soft's next project (the latter is more wishful thinking on my part).
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
Well, I'm expecting at least 1 - 2 new indie games published by bigger publisher from Nintendo Direct tomorrow.
I have a feeling Re:Legend by 505 Games will be presented on Nintendo Direct after I remembered what did they said from their Twitter account last month.
Also, I wish Dance Dance Revolution have a chance for console release again.
New Game hopes:-
1. GTA Collection
2. The Disney Afternoon Collection - Disney just announced a re-release of their Classic Game Collection (Lion King etc) hopefully they will announce the Afternoon Collection for Switch which was on Playstation and XBOX 18 months ago
3. A early 2022 game - I hope this is Donkey Kong, but it could be Kirby
I don't think we'll see anything related to; BOTW2, Splatoon 3, Mario + Rabbids, Metroid Prime Collection/4 or Mario Kart 9.
I'd love them to announce Mario Kart 8 DLC, maybe 4 new carts, circuits and drivers to celebrate 40m units sold?! Slim to No chance, but I can wish!!
Whatever that new controller is to be will be the latest NSO. Most likely Game Boy and maybe Colour but I could see Nintendo doing that separately for no other reason than it being Nintendo.
I don’t expect N64 NSO to be announced or ever to come. GBA would be the only other system potentially to happen but not this year.
Castlevania Advance seems likely given it’ll be downloaded only so they don’t need as much build up to release as it would if physical.
I don’t think that rumoured GTA remastered collection will be shown. Still think it’ll be announced by Sony if not just shadow dropped by Rockstar. Also think they’ll be based on the awful mobile versions if they ever do release.
Dying Light gameplay reveal
Advance Wars 1 & 2 trailer
SMT V trailer
Animal Crossing update whatever that ends up being.
Smash Bros final character reveal
Nothing on either Metroid Prime 4, Trilogy or Bayonetta
Nothing about BTOW2
Nothing Mario related
Some surprise third party ports.
Wild guesses:
F Zero is back…… as a free to play game coming to Switch first with mobile to follow.
Pikmin 4 is revealed but with a catch… it’s a coop party game
Kirby has a new game announced but it is even more of the same but more bland
The next mainline Mario game is revealed to be a sequel to New Super Mario Bros Wii U and is 99% just reused assets to the point it’s virtually identical but will still sell millions so they don’t care.
Konami reveal a new game in the Goemon games but like with the latest Contra entry, it’ll totally suck and destroy many people’s hopes and dreams of them ever making decent games again.
Sega will finally realise people want their arcade games and various console games made available but will totally miss the point and just release the downgraded Mega Drive/Genesis/Master System versions instead
Skyrim anniversary edition is announced for the Switch. It’s identical to the current Switch version but repackaged and now with 1 extra FPS. Also trees are slightly different.
Microsoft do a live stream of them meeting Nintendo to attempt to put forward the offer of being bought out only to sit and listen to Nintendo laugh and point for hours none stop.

Nice to see Nintendo back to regularly releasing normal Directs. It's great. The Directs this year have been really solid, even if they haven't had much for me.
However, I'm personally not too hyped for this. I expect some random third party character that has little to no presence on Nintendo systems to be the last SSB DLC character, and I expect more overpriced $60 Zelda ports.
What would be nice but I don't expect it is NSO to expand quite a bit. It's really bad that we're sitting at four and a half years into the system and it doesn't have a fraction of what the Wii U or Wii had. Just really sad. No N64 is really pathetic at this point.
Depending on how you define winter that could mean anything from November to early March. Makes sense considering we don't know much about what's coming in Q1 2022 outside of Pokemon and that Marvel game.
Predictions:
Final Smash fighter
NSO GB/GBC games
Animal Crossing content
Metroid Dread trailer
SMT V trailer
Advance Wars trailer
A 1st party game for February/March (Kirby?)
Castlevania Advance Collection
Dying Light Platinum Edition
Danganronpa Decadence
Surprise 3rd party ports for Q1
A 1st party game that releases sometime later in 2022
Direct opens with a big unannounced 3rd party game launching in October/November
Spotlights end up being SMTV, Metroid Dread, NSO, Smash Ultimate
Eshop preorders for SMTV go live straight after the Direct
NSO ends up being GB/GBC for base NSO and N64 for a more expensive tier ($60 a year), the FCC controller turns out to be N64
Direct closes with Smash Ultimate and either announces the Sakurai Presents airing date or the Sakurai Presents stream happening straight after the Direct like with Banjo in September 2019
Mario Golf update
Animal Crossing update
With Smash coming to an end, upcoming Nintendo DLC is very limited so I'd guess MK8 Deluxe DLC happens
Small length headlines include Mario Party Superstars, Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp, Pokemon (BDSP and Legends Arceus), a game for February 2022 (e.g. Zelda remasters), a game for March 2022 (e.g. Kirby)
Shadow drops end up being a bunch of 3rd party games including Deltarune Chapter 2
Splatoon 3, Bayonetta 3, BotW 2 and Metroid Prime 4 don't appear (Splatoon 3 gets a spotlight in the early 2022 Direct)
@Grumblevolcano This already sounds way too hopeful for any Direct that isn't an E3 show lol
Also I don't expect Deltarune to come to any consoles or even be announced for them for like another year or possibly two. Look at how long it took for the original Undertale to come to PS4/Vita and then how much longer it took for a Switch and Xbox version

Switch Friend Code: SW-4512-3820-2140 | My Nintendo: French Fry
Opens with final Smash fighter. SMTV, Mario Party, longish Metroid segment, NSO online, Advance Wars. Ends in the announcement of Fire Emblem coming March.
Also I don't expect Deltarune to come to any consoles or even be announced for them for like another year or possibly two. Look at how long it took for the original Undertale to come to PS4/Vita and then how much longer it took for a Switch and Xbox version
Depends if they've been working on it alongside the PC version all along or if it will be ported after the fact.
Thank you Nintendo for giving us Donkey Kong Jr Math on Nintendo Music
