There is major maintenance tomorrow, 3DS and Wii U servers are offline for a whole 9 hours (can't use eshop or sign in to your NNID).

@Balta666 That's great we finally have details about E3 but I was expecting that they’d have timed it to coincide with hardware reveal especially if the reveal was tomorrow. Odd they would do this today and not tomorrow, if the reveal does indeed happen.

@FragRed Nintendo does not normally like to mix the messages. This was to be expected imo. Now let's see I tomorrow we have something more or not...

Well June 15th, Nintendo Direct AND Treehouse.

Yeah, it sounds like they have quite a bit ... Maybe start the Direct with the Pro reveal? That'd still be before the games

@BruceCM In the announcement it says the Direct will be 'focused exclusively on software'. Which is fine by me, I'm much more interested in the games than the hypothetical new Switch.

The timing lines up with their usual E3 showing (Tuesday 5pm UK time) so revision before E3 makes sense given before Nintendo's event there's a lot of 3rd party events including Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live and a bunch of E3 events so reveal before would allow 3rd parties to announce games coming to Switch outside Nintendo's E3 Direct.

Looks like my prediction was right that they’d go with no hints, no previews, no forecasts. See y’all on the 15th.

This is excellent news. It feels like it's a completely unannounced Direct honestly. It'll make the reunion a lot... a LOT sweeter.

Was Xbox on the 13th? Damn I'm gonna have to plan when to be free.

@Dezzy Yeah the Xbox/Bethesda conference is on the 13th

June 12th is the Ubisoft Forward and Square Enix's Showcase is TBD so it might be between Xbox and Nintendo

Probably going to get some smash stuff, Please maybe Mario OD 2, BOTW 2 game play, and just maybe the switch pro? Edit: nah it says software nothing about hardware, still?

Cool, well Nintendo, Square Enix and Xbox are the 3 main conferences I'm interested in. So hopefully it'll be 1 each day.

i know this will never happen on Nintendo E3 2021 Direct Presentation, but please show something about Bayonetta 3 and Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2(problaby 2022/2023 games).

@Giancarlothomaz Why will it never happen? Aonuma has said BOTW 2 will have info coming out this year and Kamiya has said it's "safe to expect" something this year about Bayonetta 3.
