Doesn't look like anyone is talking about this, but Zippo has leaks on the lineup for this year (it looks like Nintendo Life referenced this one in the DK article, but the full leaks aren't being discussed):
Summary of what he's saying:
-2D Metroid by MercurySteam is finished development, waiting on an announcement. It runs at 60FPS.
-2D DK game by EPD Tokyo, not a Country game, Diddy, Cranky, and Kremlings returning.
-Odyssey sequel is in development and coming "sooner rather than later", but from what he's saying, it doesn't sound like it'll be this year.
-Intelligent Systems has been developing another Fire Emblem game separately from Three Houses and is nearing release. Zippo hasn't been able to confirm this, but many of his contacts suspect it is a remake of the Japan-only Genealogy of the Holy War on the SNES. Koei Tecmo is also working on a followup to Three Houses, but it doesn't seem to be ready yet.
-Super Mario Party 2 should be ready for the holiday, the update to the first game's online a few weeks ago is a test for 2's online.
-Nintendo is releasing more "99" games like Tetris 99. He wasn't told which ones were next, but heard that they'll be focusing on 8-bit arcade/NES games.
-He's not too sure about other Zelda 35 titles, but he did hear a Wind Waker HD/Twilight Princess HD bundle may be coming. OoT/MM bundle might also be a possibility.
-He thinks Detective Pikachu 2 is ready to go and will be shown at a Pokemon Presents in a few weeks.
-BotW2 is not going to be ready for the holiday due to the pandemic. He thinks the game will be fully revealed at E3 and release in Spring 2022.
-A new Mario Kart game of some kind is in development and will either be the big holiday game or release early next year, has been in development for the last 3 years. He checked and it is NOT Tour, Home Circuit, or the Universal Theme Park ride, it is new Mario Kart content that we have not yet seen. He's not sure if it's DLC, 9, or something else like Nintendo Kart.
Nothing terribly surprising here but man, if this is all true, the next 9+ months are going to be packed.
He also says 2022 is looking even crazier, but he's saving that for a Part 2.
@Bolt_Strike Sounds like rubbish guess work to me and even Slowdive who normally loves these types of leaks is saying not to trust Zippo which is the biggest pinch of salt imaginable
Would've preferred a new Advance Wars or Pushmo from Intelligent Systems, but I'll take yet another Fire Emblem just as eagerly. Everything else sounds likely. Lots of softballs, no really outlandish guesses.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,260 games (as of June 15th, 2024)

@jump Yeah. It just feels like a bunch of Guess work on rumors and things Nintendo are already doing. Like the Super Mario Party 2 thing could be chalked up to someone guessing based off Super Mario Party's updates.
Super Mario Odyssey 2 has been predicted by everyone, and it seems odd that they'd be working on that, when the same team is making a new DK game.
Detective Pikachu 2 is just a wild guess as well, based on Gamefreak's patterns effectively. We already know it's going to get some news eventually, as it got revealed a while back, and they're going to be doing a pokemon presents before e3, like they do every year.
Everyone and their mother thinks BotW 2 is likely to be at e3, and is likely a early 2022 or late 2021 release.
Over all, it just feels like he's guessing based off things that already happened, with sprinkling in a few things people actually want to hear.

@VoidofLight it’s lacking a shocking new thing and some boring/causal games for me, I suppose Donkey Kong or New Mario Kart could be that but I’d expect something more outside the box.
Also just a pedantic correction, Detective Pikachu 2 is being made by Creatures not GameFreak.
@Slowdive Honestly, I'd take no twitter leakers over any. It's just best to wait for Nintendo to actually, you know, reveal the stuff.. instead of having someone potentially spoil everything, or blindly believe people who have no credibility.
There was one twitter "leaker" called Mugwuss, which effectively guessed a bunch of stuff before directs, then after the directs they'd delete the wrong predictions, in an attempt to seem like they had actual credibility. They ended up getting caught however, and got all credibility they once had stripped away from them.

@Slowdive That does appear to be the case here, as he constantly references things he's "hearing" in that rumor and not really making any solid confirmations. Still, I think most if not all of this is true, there's a lot of very believable pieces of information here.
Would've preferred a new Advance Wars or Pushmo from Intelligent Systems
This is my entire opinion on Fire Emblem on a regular basis.
I haven't really been big on much of anything IS has developed, but I do agree that FE is a bit oversaturated. It gets almost as much support as high profile IPs like Mario, Zelda, and Pokemon, but doesn't even sell half as much as them. I don't get why there's been so many of them since Awakening revived the series. I wish Metroid got that much support, it sells about as much.
@Slowdive Yeah.. that's.. not a leak? That's just common sense. Nintendo always reveals their plans for e3 in May, given that e3 is in June, and they need to tell people what day they're aiming to hold the presentation, as well as the big game they're focusing on, if they're focusing on a big game this year. They've done this every year of attendance..

@VoidofLight Emily was also the one that talked about Mario + rabbids prior to Switch launch and nobody believed her until E3. You don't know if Pokémon stars was a real thing and scrapped for let's go. Her and Jeff or Nate to mention a few are not leakers per se but industry insiders and they talk about things they hear. Sometimes they are possible misleaded on purpose and other times plans change midway therefore people need to keep nerves in check but it is not reason to be that pessimist about them

"Industry insiders" = They have a friend or spouse who works for Nintendo and tells them things so they can get credit in exchange for disloyalty
Or in the case of Venturebeat and Video Games Chronicle, they don't want credit, they just want page views, because both of those sites have basically no audience.
@Dezzy not so sure they receive that many clicks from people following their Twitter ( Jeff got more clicks for being the one reviewer crapping on Returnal though )
@Slowdive Nintendo just please reveal your E3 plans already, everyone want to know what game you gonna focus in your Nintendo E3 2021Direct Presentation(i hope is Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2).

The only distinction that matters is whether or not something actually happens. If you’re wrong on that you’re just wrong, period. An “insider” that leaks ten games that turn out to be “cancelled” hasn’t provided any useful information.
