Topic: Next Nintendo Direct?

My prediction didn't came true but I still loved today's Direct(s). Best of the partner showcases by far!

@TheFrenchiestFry P5R isn't part of the Playstation Now though, that only features the original game. Which, why play that when Royal exists? But more to the point, suggests Atlus isn't as invested there as they'd have you believe.

But yeah, I meant to mention that I named those games (KH/Persona 5), because they aren't coming. I don't think there's any ports that are coming that could get that kind of attention.

But @Grumblevolcano is right, Rare Replay would be worthy of that. Not sure about Battletoads, it didn't exactly get a warm reception on Xbox from what I've heard. Other than that though? Dark Souls 2 could be notable if it happened. The original Witcher getting Console ports could be nice too, though both of those are more wishful thinking than anything.

@link3710 I feel like they would've put Royal on there if it wasn't so recent. P5R literally came out like 6 months ago while the original has been out technically for 4 years, which makes it I guess easier to include while Royal is still actively selling concurrently with PS4s?

The main thing I got from this is, oh yeah Disgaea did in fact do ridiculously well around the Switch launch. I forgot about that until now.

@BruceCM Wasn't it a May 2017 release in the west?

I just remember it basically being the first meaty single player game available on Switch post-BotW.

@Anti-Matter Looks like all the different games in it already came out in the West. I recognize Into the Breach at least, and I'm pretty sure Unrailed came out earlier this week. Not sure what that third one was though.

I’m offended that people thought the second Direct was bad, but this one was good. Not really, though. I accept you people’s opinion, but I liked rhythm games, so the second one was good to me.

September 8th - Age of Calamity reveal
September 17th - Partner Showcase + Monster Hunter Direct

I'd guess next week is news on the fall update for Animal Crossing.

I need a Fall update for ACNH.
I started to play less than 1 hour on ACNH recently as my latest activity was farming other color variant of furnitures from Redd by Time Travelling.
It kinda tedious at some point but i want to get other color variant.

I must ask... remember Nintendo Dream saying an exciting announcement would be in their September issue? Was that 3D All-Stars? Have they published this month’s issue?

That was supposed to be yesterday .... Can't find any updates on what was revealed yet, though! I'm sure it'll soon get around, whatever it ended up being

Anyway given the Partner Showcase a few days ago, I'd guess the game is probably Fitness Boxing 2 or 3D All Stars.
