Random things.
I just want either Dragon Quest Builders 3 or Final Fantasy Builders for next future games.
Either of them must be better than The Sims and Animal Crossing.
I think Nintendo and other companies are in a very difficult and unsure situation as to when and how to release their future games as more and more countries start locking down. In the UK it was just announced that pubs and restaurants and cinemas etc were to be shut down and there is a huge amount of uncertainty about wages especially for self employed. And this will be a continuous changing scenario that is going to massively impact Nintendo as well as others over the coming weeks and months. And I am sure Nintendo will be very vague about most release dates outside of perhaps Xenoblade Chronicles.

@link3710 I wonder, if the rumours were true about the general Direct next week, if that would now be postponed or altered based on what's now happening.

@FragRed I think we'll either see the return of digital first games (Nintendo did it with Wind Waker HD in 2013 where digital was 2 weeks earlier) or an even heavier focus on DLC (e.g. Xenoblade and No More Heroes III are the only games before August but here's lots of DLC in the meantime).
@Grumblevolcano That is interesting, I didn't realise Wind Waker HD was digital first. But that maybe a good idea going forward. I was wondering how Nintendo would cope as most of their sales are still physical. It won't affect Japan so much as they seem to have no problem with gathering in large groups inside shops to purchase games.

@FragRed I do think there's a significant audience that would buy digital retail games if they were the only option at launch, though it's hard to prove that without someone trying it.
I don't see why they'd delay the Direct. If anything, they'll just add an extra month to any releases in the near future. So if Xenoblade was originally planning to release in May, they'll just push it to June.
I've gotta assume most of what they'll show will be more than 2 months away anyway, so they can always delay stuff nearer to the time if they struggle to get manufacturing done.
@neogyo I played a good hour, Maybe hour and 20. I was hoping to be in love with it as well. I Think it's good. Music is good, story seems good. Combat is so-so. I like it, but i still have to play more to really love it. I still think I'm grabbing it day 1. But I was expecting just a little more. But again, I've only played a little over an hour.
@NintendoByNature right on I hear ya. It might’ve just been the character path I chose - the beast man. The story was just awful and searching around his castle was a bore. Combat so so. Music for him was cheesy. I dno maybe just gotta try the other characters! After Dragon Quest XI it just couldn’t compare.
@neogyo yea for sure. Try some other characters to see if you like it more. I probabaly won't do the same characters when I play the actual game. And Charlotte is by far the most annoying, at least imo.
@Dezzy I'm still holding onto my initial guess of April 1st/2nd for the dates, I've come this far after all. But I'd assume if we got an announcement this week it'd be on Tuesday?
With all this time we've had to wait, surely they must have a Zelda trailer. The only reason they wouldn't is if they're 100% sure it's not gonna make 2020, in which case they might not want to start the hype too early. But if they're still in doubt, and maybe trying to aim for a christmas release, I'm assuming there'll be a trailer.
