Those tweets are totally just exploiting the news for attention. It uses the available plausibility of other stuff getting postponed, and Nintendo having postponed in the past, to get some easy clicks. Nothing in it.

You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
We've already gotten so many first party releases it's hard to guess what's left to get.
Probably pretty boring picks, but my guess is Wind Waker and/or Twilight Princess HD (with a brief update on BotW 2), a new Mario or Donkey Kong platformer (2D or 3D), Metroid Prime remaster (with Prime 4 tease), & new Advance Wars release date.
Everything other than Advance Wars & maybe one of the remasters as 2023 games.
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
@Rambler In fairness when Philip died no 10 had a big knees up despite there being lockdown restrictions at the time and he wasn't even King. A queen calls for a proper 10 day party so you can't expect them to work at the same time!
Is it finally his time?
I'm so damn excited though. I feel rumours such as Zelda and Metroid (and potentially F-Zero) remasters are a given for tomorrow, but I hope that we'll get stuff like the first Splatfest in 3 proper (not tied to testfires and such), maybe a bit of Pokemon news (don't necessarily want it but wouldn't be opposed to it), Game Boy for NSO (GIVE ME MINISH CAP PLEASE) and, most obviously from me, something with Ace Attorney. I've had this summoning circle in my bio ever since I joined, let it come to fruition once please? Please?

@chapu2006 Nintendo uses the September Direct to clear up the lineup for September - March and that goes for DLC as well. For example in the September 2019 Direct they announced the release date for Banjo in Smash (later that day) as well as revealing Terry as the next DLC fighter releasing in November 2019. MK8 Deluxe DLC is likely no different and they use tomorrow to reveal wave 3, February 2023 Direct to reveal wave 4, E3 2023 Direct (if E3 2023 exists) to reveal wave 5 and September 2023 Direct to reveal wave 6.
My expectations are near the floor, rock bottom. Give me a Return to Arkham Collection announcement, Persona 5 Royal physical preorders opening, and...and nothing else. Give me those two things and I'll be content, anything else would be gravy. Edit: I mean, you could show me Radiant Silvergun before its rumored announcement at TGS later this week. But that might be asking for too much.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,260 games (as of June 15th, 2024)

Predictions:
Opens with Fire Emblem.
Halfway through are Bayonetta 3, Advanced Wars, Mario+Rabbids, and Xenoblade DLC.
Windwaker and Twilight Princess coming this holiday.
BOTW 2 is given a 3 minute trailer and title reveal, but pushed back to Summer.
That is an actual example of curtailment of freedom of speech, not like the bedwetters on the internet bleating about how they can't be racist without someone disagreeing.
