Probably not gonna happen anytime soon, but I would love to see the next 3D Mario game. I fully completed Super Mario Odyssey a few years ago, and Bowser's Fury last year, so I'm all ready for the next one! I'd also love to see more boards for Mario Party Superstars, particularly the ones from Mario Party 4 thru 8. The next wave of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's DLC is at least easy to expect, I'd be happy with those too. Oh and the next F-Zero game would be amazing, but knowing Nintendo, that's not really gonna happen.

Most of it is a pipe dream on my part - I do want to at least see a good amount of enticing Nintendo-made games!

I imagine we'll see the Breath of the Wild sequel in the next two directs. You have to play it safe with predictions...

Would love to see a new Punch Out or Mario vs. Donkey Kong game.

I have a feeling we will get a port of Wind Waker HD in the next direct.
And I would love some more boards in Super Mario Party.

For me Arkham Knight is definitely possible. When I compare it with The Witcher 3 (which I play currently), you even have some performance benefits:

In Arkham Knight you have:
-static daytime/weather instead of dynamic ones, and for this reason less dynamic physics
-lower population density due to evacuation instead of vibrant cities/villages

I'm no developer and I can be corrected anytime, but this is my opinion

Grezzo's output has been on the lower end of the scale for the past couple of years - I'm erring on the side of expecting another Zelda remake from them, rather than Wind Waker.

You must mean Mario Party Superstars, right?

@gcunit It would neat if we got the Zelda Wii U remasters and regarding Grezzo, we got something like an Ever Oasis port. The Switch was such a gigantic success that pretty much every 3DS game released in 2017 or later got largely overlooked except Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon.

@gcunit I would love it if Grezzo made their own completely new top-down Zelda game. (Or a third ocarina/majora's game?)
I would be fine with a Minish Cap remake too, though.

Grezzo never had anything to do with Wind Waker HD to begin with - Nintendo EPD themselves remastered that game for Wii U.

Although Pokémon almost never appears at Directs, this is Nintendo news, and therefore is something worth sharing.

I wasn't saying they did, I was suggesting something from them felt more timely than Wind Waker HD.

So... this Pokemon trailer has got me thinking that the Direct could be sooner than we think. If it were a Pokemon Presents, I could see them delaying the Direct just to space things out a little better. But since it's just one trailer, it makes me think that an earlier Direct is likely.

@StarPoint Well there hasn't been a Pokemon Presents dedicated to a Switch only game (that was a Pokemon Direct thing) so I'd guess there's not enough other Pokemon news to do a Pokemon Presents.

• BDSP already has the Diamond/Pearl events (Shaymin, Darkrai), GWS and HOME support so that's probably it
• Daybreak update and HOME support may have been the end of Legends Arceus support

Then the mobile side, a bunch of updates have already happened very recently but maybe the Scarlet/Violet trailer wasn't ready for last week for example.

So maybe something this week or next?

@NintendoByNature I could maybe see an announcement for something next week. But I don't think we would get an actual Direct until maybe the 2nd week of June at the earliest.
