@link3710, yeah, with the way they churn them out I don't doubt there might be more Warriors games in general, I just doubt they'd release two or more Switch exclusive ones in the same year. Could be wrong though.
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
I hope if Valentia does come that the other 3DS games from the Switch era that were overlooked because it wasn't on Switch also come like Yoshi's Woolly World and Samus Returns (in the former game do a Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition type situation where you have the graphics of Wii U version and all the content of the 3DS version).
If we're doing 3DS ports then what price for Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. and Federation Force getting some love? Two games that tanked undeservedly and would be sweet to see getting a second chance.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
@jump I do agree that Mario would be quite a jump (no pun intended) from the Warriors style...but that's part of why I want it so much. Imagine Mario punching, kicking, and fireballing his way through hordes of goombas, as well as all the alternatives the other characters could provide (Luigi with poltergust, Bowser with brute strength / fire breath, Yoshi with eggs, Waluigi with sports equipment...). I don't think any series has a greater breadth of material to work with than the Mario series.
I agree on Conquest though. I've actually been meaning to play it for the longest time, but there's always been other things in the way. It was unfortunately enough to come out at the tail end of the DS's life, as well as during a low point in overall Pokemon popularity so I'm sure it would get more attention this time around.
@Sdelintwouters Xenoblade Warriors would be great: my concern would be the lack of source material to use (2 numbered games and X). If we're getting 3, I'd rather that came out before a Warriors game just so that they have more characters and environments to work with.
@Buizel Conquest is great, if you still have your 3DS it's worth picking up if you have got the spare cash. I did have a copy of it but I saw it was going for more than what I paid brand new for it so I sold it on ebay.
@gcunit I loved Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., that and Ever Oasis were two really unsung games that could have been great new franchises for Nintendo. I'd definitely pick those up if they got ported.
@Sdelintwouters
I would rather highlight the unpopular games as long I still have interest with them than following the popular games that I never have interest to think about.
@FroZtedFlakerZz I vaguely remember hearing the Sora one is scheduled for the end of the year or slipped into early next.
@Sdelintwouters My hope is that SSBU is the norm moving forward and they just add some first party characters that wouldn't be super exciting as DLC like Bandana Waddle Dee, Captain Toad, and Impa.

@Sdelintwouters You make it sound like they would be selling it as a discount, I'd expect it cost more/the same as sold separately and you would get the double dippers who want it all one cartridge like the Pokemon games.
I had a prediction whilst at work today that I think is pretty likely the more I think about it: a teaser trailer for the Mario movie. We got a cast reveal in the last major Direct, it stands to reason we could potentially get a tiny teaser for it near the end of this new one as well.

@FragRed Base NSO hasn't gotten any games since July but in response to Nintendo Life, Nintendo revealed that they still plan to add games to the NES and SNES libraries.
Yeah, I wasn't being entirely serious either, @Cynas .... I would like SO 2E R, though, in case SE happen to be browsing & think we've forgotten about that one
@jump@Grumblevolcano Yeah it seems like Earthbound will be coming to NSO. That would make sense with the maintenance going on today. Unless there’s a plot twist… and Chris Pratt pops up to say he’s voicing all the characters in Earthbound: The Movie

@Grumblevolcano Hmm...with the Rare N64 games now on Switch I wonder if it also applies to the Rare SNES and NES games too so we could see Killer Instinct, Battletoads, Snake Rattle 'n' Roll added?
