Topic: If you are not wanting to buy the Switch yet, what one feature or game would sell the system for you?

Mine is probably the price of online play. If it is cheap (under £5 a month) I would be more willing to get it and get the Switch for games like Mario Kart and Splatoon, but if it is more, I don't think I will get it and will probably just stick with the Wii U versions of those games.

I wasn't going to get it on day 1, I was going to wait for something else. Maybe even get Zelda on the Wii U as a kind of swan song. Then I saw this bit at the Nintendo Treehouse Live event.

In general just a good collection of Wii U and Wii classic releases, so i can retire my Wii and not get a wii U instead.

Day one big VC catalogue to make up for the small launch line up.

A drop in Zelda's price to £40-£45 and the Pro Controller to £50.

Seriously tempted to hold off purely cos I am forseeing a price drop cos I really can't see all this taking off as Nintendo hopes at those prices. Personally I foresee something equivalent to the 3DS launch.

Of course then a I worry about missing an Ambassador's equivalent.

More games simply. More jrpg's, metroid prime, and more 3rd support would easily sway me.

Interested to see what the FIFA is like as well

@skywake You should check out other videos on YouTube that show it in real time. It appears instantaneous, or certainly incredibly fast. But yeah that got me real hyped.

Yeah, it's pretty quick. I think I just saw the Treehouse demo first. They were also using the two Joycons on the screen itself. Again it was nothing that we didn't know before. But seeing it in action somehow made it seem more real. Somehow. That it doesn't just do this but it does it and it's not just a gimmick.

I'll be buying one regardless, probally soon-ish after launch. But a good VC is essential for me. I'd also like to know what games Nintendo has planned beyond Christmas 2017.

If it were cheaper that would make a difference. I'd love a realistic driving game a PGR type thing -something the other consoles have been doing right for generations (so I can understand why Ninty have completely given up on anything other than MK). Metroid would be great. A Star Wars title, in fact, why not Battlefront?

Yep those would tempt me! It's not too much to ask is it? Isn't it?!

A lower price

Honestly, Overwatch would do it for me. Being able to take Overwatch anywhere that would get me to buy Switch.

If I could switch my progress over, I would also get the Switch day one to play Overwatch online wherever I go! Only issue would be that no wifi = no Overwatch :' (

I'm planning on waiting for some kind of bundle. This is why I think I'm the only person in the world who is disappointed that Zelda is a launch game. I was hoping that it would come out in June or July with a Zelda/Switch bundle, and I would get that. Now a Zelda bundle seems less likely.

@SheldonRandoms Yeah that would be hard for me too since my stats and a bunch of skins I got are on the PS4 version as well. However having a portable version would be nice that I would probably double dip, just wouldn't play it much at home since I have it on PS4. Internet connectivity would be a problem too unless they went with 4G

Monster Hunter...it was the main reason I got the Wii U at launch. (even though 3U wasn't a launch title, lol)
Anyways I can wait till Mario or Xenoblade 2 releases. I'll just get Zelda on the Wii U, lol
