I paid for super mario odyssey in 2017, but nintendo's eshop is implying that i need to buy it again, even though in data management i have save data for the game and its the only account on my switch. Recently had to format my switch, but all of my nintendo account info remained the same and it even remembers a lot of purchases, why is this happening?
@Billyboy22 If you're tired of messing around, like Switchforce said, call Nintendo support. Their support line is great, actually. They can cut straight to what your issue is
