I mostly want games I've missed out on the past few years that actually seem awesome and aren't top tier, Witcher 3, can be ported to Switch reasonably well type games. I mean, you could take all those 360 ports of early PS4/Xbox One games, except have them run as well as the latter with the graphics of the former, and I'd be satisfied if they're good games and they don't send them out to die. (Shadows of Mordor is the main example that comes to mind)
But otherwise there are so many games I'd like to play at some point, just from the past 3 years, that making a list would take me forever. But if we get Overwatch, Doom, Garden Warfare 2 (which I still believe should have been EA's main priority for Switch, since it makes infinitely more sense than focusing on Xbox One, of all things), the Dark Souls series, Enter the Gungeon, Undertale, Owlboy, Rocket League etc, it'd be a good start on top of anything already announced.
I'd love to see fantasy star from sega dreamcast come to switch. I recon it was a game i would have liked back in 2001 if i had seganet. I would also like to see road rash come back. it would fit the console well.
I would love Doom, Grand Theft Auto and especially Dead or Alive on Switch. I absolutely loved Dead or Alive: Dimensions, and I'm disappointed that Tecmo Koei may be discouraged due to underwhelming sales of Dimensions (which was pulled from sale in Australia for a while, which was triggered by completely unwarranted overseas controversy).
I've seen a few videos showing the Switch's Tegra X1 chip doing a decent job running the likes of Crysis 3 and Resident Evil 5 - so I'm cautiously optimistic that we might see some higher-end current gen games ported over! You'd imagine, of course, that the very highest of high spec games (those that push the PS4/XBO to the max) would probably be a little beyond the Switch - but those games are relatively few and far between...E3 will be quite revealing I'm sure - some studios are promising big things - just how big? Only time will tell..!
@Bolt_Strike I agree on Captain Toad, but I hope more for a sequel. The original game is a masterpiece. A short masterpiece, but still a masterpiece. It is perhaps the game I enjoyed the most on the Wii U although it only took me around 3-4 hours to complete it.

That would be great, CT2.
Switch games list,
Legend of Zelda BotW, Human resource machine, NBA Playgrounds, Street Fighter 2, Super Bomberman R, Snipperclips, Overcooked, World of Goo.
-Mother 3 & Earthbound
-GTAV
-Okami
-DQ Builders
-Rogue Legacy
-Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
-Sm4sh
-Super Mario Maker
-Eternal Darkness
-Fallout (any title, as I've never tried one)
-Conker's Bad Fur Day
-Killer7
-Viewtiful Joe
-Super Metroid and Zero Mission
...and countless others I can't recall at the moment.
Mass effect trilogy...EA really flubbed up with the WiiU and this series. With ME:A not making waves, now is a good time to fire up the old trilogy. This is considering I don't like ME2 or 3 (had nothing to do with the Ending...I didn't even get that far). I really hope that we get multiplats (that didn't go to WiiU) that have released in the last year or two. I'm not pushing for really old games until I see what the new VC will do. I just want Nintendo to get as close as they can to being an all in one system. If the Wiiu had decent 3rd party support I would not have the Twins in my home. Hoping to step away starting with the Switch line.

@faint Well it's what do you want to see ported not what is likely too
Platinum have said they want to port Nier but Squeenix and/or Nintendo need to pony up to fund it which does make it far less likely. I imagine Bethesda are going to see how well Skyrim does before considering others but Doom at least has a history on Nintendo systems. And Blizzard are being coy about Overwatch so who knows there?
Doom
Dishonoured 2 (and maybe 1 as well)
Nier:Automata
New Tomb Raider series
OH, god, YES! The Dishonored games would be marvelous being played portable. I've put in enough hours on the PC versions.
Automata is great choice, as is Doom.
I've not played the new Tomb Raider series, but if they were to be portable then I'd be willing to give them a try.
Also, I'd like to see Nintendo bring back the Star Fox series once again. I wouldn't even care if it were another re-release of SF64, so long as there's an online multiplayer battle mode.
