Topic: Best Nintendo Switch indie game tournament! (The Winner Is...)

The Video Game VGM Tournament is going well, and I thought it would be fun to have more of them.

I found the 32 best Switch games rated by the users on this website and I thought we could do a bracket to determine the best one. Before I actually start it, is this something you would want to do?

A cute idea. But nothing other than Zelda, Mario, Pokemon, Smash, or Animal Crossing would win. So why bother? At least...I wouldn't consider watching a competition if I already knew the outcome.

@Magician Yeah, it will really boil down to Zelda and Mario for #1, but it would be interesting to see what games would come in second and third, etc.

It depends on who would be participating.

Dragon Quest XI S — Beautiful game with a darn good story

Diablo III — A great game that's easy to pick up but hard to put down

Mana Collection — Three great games from a previous era. The emulation is great for all the games and they still hold up well to this day even Final Fantasy Adventure.

Personally, my belief is that the tournament should consist of Indies on switch. As others have said, itll be a landslide of zelda or Mario.

At least with Indies, there are a ton of top tier ones on switch to have a real competition, imo

Hollow Knight is probably my second or third favourite game on Switch - I rank it above Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart, Splatoon, Smash...
