Yes we do! What is your time currently? I feel like having an idea of time difference helps! I know you told me before, but I forget! 😝 Right now its a little after 7am where I'm from so normally I try to get on before I go into work for short bit and then I hop on usually sometime after 6/7pm when I have a bit more time to just do whatever in game!

I had a first for me last nite: a thunderstorm. Was on a mystery island tour and there was thunder and lightening (very, very frightening! Sorry, couldnt resist). It was cool.

Wow. So it's bad enough that Redd visits so infrequently. But he is here today for the first time in about 3 weeks, yet it is the second time in a row all 4 art pieces are fake. He hasn't had a real one for me in well over a month. At least I can now fill up the museum with sea creatures.

I quit on this a few weeks ago. I just don’t play enough for it! I ended up selling 3000 turnips for 49 bells each last week.

In other news, I caught my second scallop and Pascal appeared. He gave me the mermaid wallpaper DIY. Luckily I came across a pearl yesterday, so I’m pretty close to crafting it.

Does anybody else think Kapp’n could return in Summer Update Wave 2?

@Anti-Matter I got sumo ring flooring from Sahara today. That’s the closest thing right now. 😆

Elise asked me to deliver an apology gift to Alphonse today - I've never encountered that even before. Is that new?

Also, sure enough, my turnip price is above 400. I had to spend a bit longer away from my switch today than I expected, but does anyone have a load of turnips they need to sell? I've got about 2 hours before Nooks closes. Also, I've got a surplus of DIYs I really wish I could get rid of, but failing that, I may end up binning the lot after today. I'm fed up with them taking over my beach.

@ReikoMortis Does he allow them to be made in to models? I'd been collecting them so I have at least 3, but is that a wasted effort?

@ReikoMortis I could probably check myself, but my game isn't open at the moment. How do these sea creatures display when you drop them? Can they be placed, like a fish tank or bug cage?

@ReikoMortis For anenomes and mussels, that seems about right, but as for sea grapes, that's a bit silly, wouldn't you say? I'll check to see how they are displayed...

As for sea grapes specifically, they are in their own small tank. I was curious myself.

I feel like the game was rewarding me for returning to it yesterday. The first fish I caught, right outside my house? A Dorado! Also nabbed a Napoleonfish too, which I think is also quite rare? Several other new bugs and fish. Redd was actually at my island and actually did have 2 real pieces of art - so finally using my second account had a purpose! Then I nabbed a hammerhead shark too!

I still wish they would add Gyroids or something else to dig up. I have all the fossils so digging now just feels like a waste of time.

So I've started going to Mystery Islands every day just to try to get the DAL rewards. Is there a better time to go to get different islands? Like can you only get scorpion/tarantula island if you go at night? Or are there good reasons to go in the day?

After a lot of walking around my island, digging things up and shovels breaking, I’ve finally collected all my fossils! I know some of you have achieved this ages ago, I just wanted to share it with you all. I am a little disappointed there is no reward, as there is for all fish and all bugs. Nonetheless, the fossil part of my museum is now complete!
