@edhe Hey thanks for the tour! I'm a slow typist with the joycons. So I'll respond here. I really like the layout of your island (although I did make the wrong turn) and the basement was very cool! (I got scared for a moment ...like "can you bury people in animal crossing?!") I'm a footie fan (I'm an American so that's kinda weird to some) so I started grinning as soon as I saw it!

You gave me some ideas with the teraforming...although I'm kinda trying to keep my island as is. Thanks again for the recipes and your hospitality! Also don't worry I didn't buy any of the one time items from the Nooks. I just wanted that cushion.

What is your native fruit? I'll send you some sister fruits during my next harvest.

Here's what I've been doing with my house. Previously, it had been reserved for turnips, but now my bank balance is nice and inflated, so I can concentrate on decorating my house (although I've still got a bit to do on the island itself).

So I wanted to make a football pitch. I figured I probably didn't have enough room outside to do it, so I made one indoors. And with that came new opportunities, like posters, so I'm making a squad using posters and custom designs:

This first ones are outdated - initially, I thought about using posters to represent villagers in the crowds, hence, you'll see my favourite villager; Mac randomly on the wall.

I was confused initially, because I couldn't figure out how to make a custom designed piece of clothing that wasn't a tanktop, and that wouldn't really be suitable. This is the first iteration - i like the subtle two tone on the shirt, which required me to alter the palette. I was a bit disappointed you couldn't make a long sleeve tee, as they are more suitable for goalkeeper jerseys, but next, I'll do a home kit. Mac'll get the honour of being on the back of that shirt, while Megan will get the away kit.

Sorry if I was gabbing a bit. I don't like inviting people over unless I'm at the TV with my keyboard attached to the switch.
As I alluded to, the terraforming took quite a while, so I'm glad you liked it - not least because of the process of having to relocate all of the houses one by one. I've still got a few to move off of the beach. You didn't have to worry about buying anything from under my nose at nooks - I check in the morning, and if there's anything I don't need, I'm happy to leave it.

My native fruit is the pear.

I'm waiting until after my interest kicks in to get my final house loan. I'll make my basement into a den/game room. I wish I had a more exciting house but it really just looks like the way I tend to keep my living spaces. (bedroom/office, dojo, library/office number 2 and then a standard kitchen and bathroom)

I'd love to invite people over but right now my island looks like a scorpion wildlife preserve, while I wait for Flick (it has been almost a month dude!!!). Granted, I've only developed one part of my island. The rest is kept rural on purpose. I think it's because I live in the city but am from the country so it's homesickness (plus I live in the desert now...I have never missed rain and greenery so much in my life.)

Has anybody noticed a decrease in visits from Flick, CJ and Celeste? I haven't seen any of them in nearly four weeks.

@Ryu_Niiyama When Redd and Leif got added I think it decreased the chance of getting Gulliver, Flick, CJ, and Label. I have only had Flick visit me 2 times.

@Lard_Bucket Hmm, I drew the bad luck stick then. Label is here now and I've seen her a few times, and I had Gulliver 2 days ago. But Flick and CJ are boycotting my island. The hilarious part is they are the only ones leaving feedback on how great my island is....

Thanks. I've got some big ideas so watch this space. I might split it up over several rooms so I can dedicate a whole room as, say, a trophy/exhibit room. I might try and create some murals if I'm up to it.
