@BenAV would you like to sell me 3600 @ 92 bells? (: I'm assuming you bought a truck load of them as you normally do (: I just want to get the nook miles and I am done with them. (2m profit still needed).
@jamesnl Bought a few less than I have been previously but still have 20k. Do we know how the game keeps track of profit and whether it still works if someone else bought them?
@BenAV I was just wondering the same thing. Would sale alone count towards profit tracking or do only purchases made via Daisy Mae count? Probably the latter would be my guess. Hopefully someone else here has good price (: How many did you normally buy before if you consider 20k now to be a "few less"?
@jamesnl Maybe when you buy turnips they have some hidden value that keeps track of their buy price that the game then uses to calculate the profit from, dunno. Unless we know for sure though probably best for you to buy them yourself just to make sure you get the miles reward. Even the difference between 92 and 108 is fairly negligible compared to the amount you make from good sale prices, if you can't find any cheaper to buy for. I can give you the difference if you're really short on Bells or something, haha. I've often been buying like 28-32k as that's what I had space for.

@status-204 I was talking about the Nook Miles achievement for making a profit from selling turnips. Whether the game still tracks it accurately if one person was to buy turnips and then give them to someone else who then sells them.

FInally, I have met Daisy Mae for the first time since I started playing the game last month. Now, to get into the stalk market and earn those good bells.
I took a little break from Animal Crossing recently, I've decided to get back on and catch those 2 rare fish at the pier.. I crafted over 160 bait last night hoping to just catch one.. This morning i got up turned on Animal Crossing took my fishing rod and bait down to the pier and on my first 5 flicks i caught the Mahi Mahi.. A few moments later on my 20th cast i caught a Giant Trevally.. I would consider that pretty lucky lol..
Well the pitfall seed trick still didn't work on Diva. I've done exactly as the video said and she is still quite happy to stay on the island. I fence her in and after 2 days she manages to get out. No idea how as there are no gaps so I'm assuming the game auto releases her or something?
However Rodney has said he wants to leave so I didn't persuade him to stay. He is kinda cute but I have a hamster in Flurry and she is far cuter so I will let Rodney go and replace him with a villager I find on an island. Diva has not got off the hook though, I'll get her to leave at some point!

You can get Diva off your island the next time you have a campsite visitor. Once you win the card game with the visitor, they will suggest asking a villager to leave. If the visitor says any other villagers name except Diva, IMMEDIATELY DO NOT finish the conversation. Instead,
1-press the circle button on your right controller
2-press X
3-go back into the game and start the conversation and card game with the campsite visitor all over again until the campsite visitor suggests asking a Diva to leave so the visitor can move into her house plot.
Once you’ve confirmed Diva will be moving out, go on with your game as usual, then properly save and close the game. The next day, Diva will be “in boxes.”
I promise you this campsite method works 100%, I’ve used this method many times to remove villagers. There is zero TT involved.

We just got the official guide in the mail. Man, this thing is huge. I think the one for New Leaf was a bit thicker, but it was smaller than a regular book in height and width.
