Does anyone know if there is any rhyme or reason behind who it tries to kick out if you ask a camper to move in when you already have 10 residents? Of the 10, there are only 3 that I really like and talk to every day and give presents while the other 7 tend to ignore and never give presents. Twice now a camper has tried to move in and both times they tried to kick out one of the 3 that I like, and I don't understand why. I have 3 chickens and 3 tigers among my 10 but of course it won't kick any of them out (except for the 1 tiger I like and want to keep).
@dkxcalibur I was originally planning to stop after getting to the 10 million Bells profit but here I am 40 million Bells later with a house full of turnips...
@Xyphon22
If you have a regular camper, they will pick any random villager to kick out - it's all luck. With amiibo, you can pick which villager to replace. Here's a little trick with moving non-amiibo campers in: if they pick someone you want to keep, you can close the game by hitting the home button and the next time you talk to them, there's a chance they'll pick someone else. However, if the game autosaves before you close, then you're stuck with that choice.
