He’s not alone, I still have not caught a golden trout either. 😞

@Gret8888 I skipped certain DIY that everyone gets. At the very beginning of the game Nook sells bundles of DIY that contain almost everything you list there. Celeste gives wands to everyone and doesnt give extras. (unless maybe if you get all of her DIY)

@Gret8888 @Munson Have you gotten any Char or Cherry salmon? Golden trout and those other 2 can only be caught in elevated rivers.

To my friends,

I'm in the process of completing the master cataloging area, but I still need a lot of items that I only have available to order through the catalog (and I'm limited to only 5 a day).

So since most of you haven't been ordering things through me, I wanted to know if I could send you the things I needed (and you could either mail them back to me, or drop them off), so I could get 2 more items added, per person, per day.

My son fishes on the top cliff of our island. He had got quite a few cherry salmon and char. He hasn’t had any luck with the golden trout. I’ve been making as much bait as I can and giving it to him. He is right around the 250 bait mark with no luck.

Luckily for me I have caught at least one of every fish and bug to this point.
