@h_seo I believe sick villagers wake up later and go to sleep earlier than normal. If you have tried different times of day but still cannot get inside to give her medicine maybe you could try mailing it?

@Lard_Bucket I have tried at different times for 3 days. Her lights are always on. I will try sending her medicine.
